Though it is a newly opened location, the management and staff should have been trained on food allergies and cross contamination. I notified the staff that I had a food allergy and asked to see their allergen menu. The server did not know how they prepare food in the kitchen so I asked to speak with the manager. She assured me that they would be able to put specific "safe" items in a dedicated fryer so there was no cross contamination. When I got to the bottom of my fry plate, I saw huge crumbs from some other food item that I was allergic to. They had placed my fries in a dirty container and I ended up having a reaction. I notified management what had happened and when she checked in the kitchen, her response was that she didnt know exactly how they prepared the food in the kitchen and that there was likelihood of cross contamination. She should have checked that in the first place once I told her I had an allergy, rather than falsely guaranteeing my safety.

This is the first time for me in this place and had the worst ever experience. I made my order at 12 and waiting for my cocktail till 12:25 and asked my server about my drink and then he realises about my order but made an excuse saying systems were shut down. One thing I do not understand is whats to do with systems to make a cocktail and I believe customers satisfaction is at least considered but here in this place they dont even care what customer want. At last at 12:32 I get my cocktail and I like it so called my server back to order two more the very next minute I tasted it. Then he says he cant take my order as its 3 mins past last order but none told that before I tried to order. Service sucks at this place and I wouldnt ever suggest even as a last option. Rather sit at your place and have a beer, thats really cool instead of getting irritated with these ppl disgusting service....

This crew deserves 5 stars for their effort, great attitudes, and professionalism. This location has been in operation for only 2 weeks and the staff is working hard to learn and improve upon their service. Although the the time between ordering and receiving our food was longer than most people are used to waiting at these types of restaurants, it was still the same quality and awesomeness that is true to B-Dubs. The speed will most likely improve with time, we all just have to remember that the staff is still learning. It is GREAT to have B-Dubs in this area FINALLY! Now we dont have to drive 30 minutes to an hour to indulge in some good B-Dubs food.

I only come because I have free wings for a year and yet everytime I end up asking myself if its worth it. Came at 4 oclock on a Saturday. Had to wait 15 mins because they were understaffed. The floor was pretty empty only about 5-8 other tables had people. Server was nice but the wings we got were barely covered in sauce. The server came to our table three times, to greet us and take our order, bring our food and give us the check. He forgot to refill our empty glasses and I walked out again saying Im not coming back. Hopefully writing this review will remind me to actually not go again.

Went here around 3pm on a Tuesday (5/16/2017). We were seated at a booth with water all over the table. Two different waitresses walked passed our table three or four times without even acknowledging us. No one said anything to us, asked us what we wanted to drink, nothing. It almost seemed purposeful. We waited about ten minutes, at which point we decided to just leave. They obviously didnt want our business. Very questionable behavior, which shouldnt belong in a place with paying customers. Will not be back to this location.

Very poor service. We have gone three times to this location. Each worse than the one before. The first time i excused the service because they had just opened and it was very busy. The last time we were seated and after 20 minutes of no one stopping at our table, but plenty of staff staring at us i asked for the manager. We had been seated in a section that did not have a servor assigned. If i had not gotten up i wonder how long we would have sat there. Love Bww just not this location.

There are a lot of issues here. Not sure if the manager has any experience running it. Been coming here for way too long, nothing has been fixed, so this is well deserved and accurate. -Lights are always on full, blasting everything like flood lights. -Appetizers constantly arrive late, at the same time as the food or right after. -Food quality is incredibly low. -Portions of fries keep getting smaller. -dont recommend the burgers, even the chicken tenders are iffy.

Went today around 4, so there should be no lunch or dinner rush and yet I had to wait 30 minutes for a table in a nearly empty restaurant because they were "understaffed." It was unbearably hot in the dining area. The waiter never refilled my drink which was very disappointing when youre eating hot wings. Food was below average. I might as well have gotten frozen wings and heated them up myself and thats what I will do from now on because Im not coming back to this BWW!

I know this franchise for more than ten years. I usually place my order to go from various B-dubs. I love the food and atmosphere, but I experienced the most unprofessionalism by management at Fairfax. A female manager at night shift DOES NOT care your value of time. If you ordered to go here, please ask frequently until you get your stuff. otherwise, you will sit down at bench for an hour.

Went in today about 5pm very few people but the speaker system in the place was turned up for a packed house. After trying to find a seat not directly under a speaker I asked the hostess if the sound level could be turned down a bit and was told that it was a bar and thats what the sound level is. My wife and I left. We wont be back.

Worst service.. they dont get what we ordered. We have ordered a citrus drink and asked thrice to get that they didnt get that but they have added in the bill... after asked why did they added in the bill they said they got but all we got is water and alcoholic beverages.. wings arent cooked well.... very disappointed being there

I gave an extra star just because of my love towards bdubs. I have been there only once and there was some discount happening, and I really hate that day... it was weekend and they are out of orange slices in blue moon and I never had such a bad wings like on that day. Hope I will not have the same feeling next time.

The chicken was very tasty, I have tasted chicken at many good places but this had a different vibe to it. It tasted finger licking good. Even the place itself is a pleasant one to sit and have food with friends. I loved the liveliness and the staff was really good. Worth giving a try.

We got there around 4 pm on a weekday. Very nice ambience. But the potato wedges were somewhat on the hard side. It seemed like it was reheated. The Buffalo wing snack was okay. This is our first time at a Buffalo Wings restaurant. We may try again but at another location.
