This has to be one of the worst run KFCs in Maryland. Excuse after excuse of why they dont have food cooked. Management is a joke and this place should be closed customer service is terrible when they get complaints of why they dont have food they just give you a blank look. They close at 11pm I go in at 7:30pm and I am told they have no chicken tenders the food they have looks old and dried out. They looked as if they were trying to close early. Management has told me we are working on it guess its time for the owner to step up. The only reason I gave it one star is because you have to give at least 1 star would be a -5 star.

Everytime I purchase food at this store I have to wait in line for long periods of time only to be waited on the the rudest employees. Then after I spend a fortune on my food and get it home, the order is always either wrong or the food is uncooked and has a funny taste. Upon returning the food to the store I once again have to deal with rude, condensending employees. If you want good chicken go to the KFC in Severna Park.

Drive thru on Easter Sunday 2017 customer service training desperately needed!! No help whatsoever trying to order, condescending, difficulty hearing understanding, drive up to window and reprimanded for not completing order at speaker, if I cannot hear you thru drive up speaker does it not make sense to drive upto window to complete order??? Do not waste your time and money at this kfc, worst customer service ever!!!

Worse service Ive ever received. The only reason i gave them 1 star is because the rating wont let me give them none. Nasty attitude from the employees, theyve messed uo our order the past 2 times there and act like its our fault. Theyre the only kfc within 10 miles and I dont even want to go there anymore. Needs a conpletely new staff from management down. No customer service at all.

STAY AWAY!! Avoid this KFC. Ignorant (talking on their personal cells w/o acknowledging you are ready to order), STUPID (cant get orders correct) and they dont have biscuits ready at DINNER TIME?! Just LAZY. Close this dump.

They are always out of something. 3 times in 3 months they didnt have grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, or wings. what kind of fast food is that? and its not cheap. ple us all the kids that work there are rude.
