I have gone to Bella Napoli weekly for the last four years. Tonight, I carried out one pizza and one chicken cacciatore. While my son was eating the chicken cacciatore, he bit into something very hard that shattered in his mouth. We discovered a 1" x 2" piece of something that was hard, almost like plastic. I immediately called the restaurant. They told me that I would have to bring the plastic piece in and show it to Pasquale. I did that. Pasquale examined the piece and told me that it was just a seafood shell. A seafood shell in chicken cacciatore?! He didnt seem to be at all concerned that my son almost broke his teeth, swallowed a bunch of this shell, and was totally disgusted. What if he was allergic to shellfish?! He offered me a refund for my meal. Heres where I got totally aggravated. I ordered a chicken cacciatore dinner for $18.45. The meal comes with a salad, but when I got my refund, I was only refunded $14.20. When I asked why my whole meal wasnt refunded, he said he deducted $4.25 for the side salad. Are you kidding me?! All this aggravation, a second drive across town, and my son who couldnt finish his dinner, and youre going to deduct $4.25 for a salad?! I have been coming to this restaurant for years. They call me "Mr. Johns wife" when I walk in the restaurant, and tonight, they cant even refund my entire meal which was ruined due to their mistake?! I was very disappointed by how I was treated, and we will not be going back - all because of Pasquales bad manners and $4.25. I hope it was worth it.

My husband and I came to Bella Napoli on a recommendation from his colleague. We read a few reviews from this site, some great and others not so good. We didnt let the negative dissuade us since we like to form our own opinions and because it came highly recommended. We were very pleased with the service and food. The hostess was very pleasant as she seated us, our server Michael was excellent, and the prices were reasonable for authentic tasting Italian food. We ordered quite a free different dishes and we were not at all disappointed. Highlights: perfectly seasoned calamari, tender and flavorful mussels marinara, the most succulent and scrumptious crab ravioli, not to mention the penne vodka which was just the right amount of pasta "bite" with a lovely tangy vodka sauce. We traveled 40 miles to try this restaurant and it was well worth it. Kudos to owner, Pasquel (who we got a chance to talk to...very nice man) and his staff!

So I said 25$ because if you a looking to have a couple of glasses of wine (in house) you will probably get up to that point. But this place is great, NW style pizza is wonderful (for you locals, I would compare it to Roccos pizza in Glen Bernie) The Think crust is great because when you take a bite of the crust it is in fact crusty and the ingredients are all 100% fresh (at least by my opinion) The only complaint that I might have is the pasta dishes and that is only because they havent gone past the concept of only being a traditional Italian Restaurant, I have had a (get this) Frito Lay cheese Pizza that was awesome.(seemed like they were trying to be experimental) It was the most unique dish that I have ever had and it reminded me of my high school years in a good way

I placed a very large take out order on Sunday at dinner time. It had to be split into 3 orders because we were all paying differently. The girl on the phone was very courteous and helpful. She took each order and repeated it back to me with totals for each. She thanked me for my order. I didnt get her name at the time but as I sat there after the phone call I thought she was very nice and helpful, Im calling back. So I called back and asked for the girl who took my order. She got on the phone and I told her I had to call back and get her name because she was so friendly and helpful. Kimberly, you are a great asset to a wonderful restaurant. The food was correct and tasted amazing!

If you are looking for authentic Italian food in the Baltimore Annapolis area Bella Napoli is the place to go. The mozzarella caprese is made with fresh mozzarella and is delicious. The pizza is out of this world, made with only fresh ingredients. Its the only place I go for pizza anymore. The owners are wonderful people and love to go around and speak with their customers. Very family atmosphere. They love children. All the servers there a very friendly. I definitely recommend going. I go there at least once a week. My favorite restaurant. Everything and anything you order is going to be delicious. You go in hungry and leave happy.

This is my favorite place in Pasadena. We move around a lot and this place is the only place Ill miss when we leave. The owners have always treated my family like family, everything from walking around with my restless daughter when she was a baby to bringing her a plate of spaghetti because she couldnt wait for her meal when she was a toddler. She even said her first word here. My husband order the tri colored tortellini and when it got to the table she took one look and blurted out, "WOW!!" Wow truly sums up everything about Bella Napoli, wow people, wow pasta, and wow pizza. Dont miss out on this place.

I recently came into Bella Napoli for the first time after hearing rave reviews from a couple of my friends. I decided to get carry out to try to the food before dining in. As soon as I walked in I could tell the atmosphere was very welcoming. They had pictures and Christmas cards all around the restaurant. When I walked up to the counter I was greeted by smiling faces. My daughter enjoyed watching the pizza made right in front of her. The pizza man Super Mario was very friendly and talked with us as we were waiting. I will definitely be a regular a this restaurant for carry out and dining in.

The prices can be a little pricey but the food is typically worth it. Their Zinfandel dressing is so good. The appetizer with prosciutto and mushrooms etc is amazing. The quality of the food is pretty high. When you order inside or pickup for takeout you instantly know this is a family operated italian restaurant and they take pride in it. The only issue Ive had is the price is about 2-5 dollars over priced per dish but it doesnt stop me from going when I have the craving, but Id surely go a lot more if the $ was right.

Visited this past weekend was hoping for a bit more than what we got for the price. I ate the chicken parmigiano which was priced at about $25. My husband got the stuffed shells for about the same price. The sauce was really good but that was about it. I really wanted to give the restaurant better rating but the tiramisu was disgusting. It was like a 5 year old made it. Im just disappointed we got it to go, I couldnt let anyone know how shitty it was.

Amazing food, fantastic service, and great corporate citizens. The pizza is to die for, the pasta makes me question why I even bother cooking at all, and once youve tried the lemon marscapone cake, youll find yourself craving it on a regular basis! Our favorite restaurant in the Pasadena area; a wonderful family restaurant and a relaxing and comfortable experience. Treat yourself to a dinner at Bella Napoli... You will be glad you did!!!
