last night 1/6/15, I went through the Thursday and the service was awful. the young lady asked for my order, I stated slowly " I would like a #2 please without mayo? paused..with extra lettuce and onions, large fries and drink. She said, would u like cheese..I said yes please. I then asked her to repeat my order..she said, a #2 with extra mayo..I said no mayo please..thats when she got all unprofessional and told me, " just come up to the second window". I get up there, and asked her to just cancel my order. .

Went in a few days ago very excited to try the new Chicken Sandwich. I ordered that and some nuggets. I was appalled when I got home to find the nuggets halfway cold and the sandwich soggy and thrown together. How can you do NEW products like this? How can you advertise nugget deals and serve them half-frozen? I just moved to the area but I will not be returning to this location.

This burger king is disgusting. They never have anything. We came for the 5 for 4$ and they said they are out of cookies. And then to top it off they just handed me the wrong order. Completly. Awful... Terrible. Ghetto and unprofessional. How do run a promotion and run out of cookies? I was in the drive thru as a passenger of course as I wrote this review. So nasty and so rude..

Slow and dirty they need a new manager everyone loves bk but the service in there needs to improve to get better business only a select few that are polite they need to make them managers because they are good with the guests and are helpful and they work at night. Dont go during lunch

Drive thru window conversing more then paying attention to taking my order. Had to give my order 3 times. Once I got my food one of my breakfast sandwiches were over cooked and dried out. They also charge extra to change your drink.

This BK is ok if you can get pass the smell of it.. smells like they mopped last week and the mop had the same water as the week before that. Service is borderline acceptable. Food is a go at least.
