Terrible customer service, I ordered spicy Chicken and checker double and fries. We were there at around like 12:45am. The chicken patty and fries were socked in oil. The cashier lady didnot give us the receipt so when we went back 5 mins latter she was asking for the reciept. I told her you did not give me the reciept and the I have the transaction on my credit card and I can pull it up on the phone she said she cant help with that. WE ENDED UP TRASHING ALL THE FOOD AND GETTING HOT FROM 7-11 .

pure stupidity at this location. ordered 3 kids burgers w/o fries and w/o drinks and charged me for 3 kids meals. HELLO! girl said there wasnt a button for just kids burgers. how about charging me for just 3 value burgers at a $1.49 ea instead of $3.49 for 3 kids meals. we didnt want the drinks or fries and I was still charged for complete meals. we left and went across route 40 to Chik Filet. Im never going back. you cant fix stupid.

Ive been 3 or 4 times and always during peak hours and i havent waited longer than maybe 10 minutes, and that was more about the people in front of me than waiting for food. the most recent time they had a new girl at the register and her and her manager both refused to believe there was something called a "double cheese" on the menu. thats been my only bad experience

well... the drive thru speaker was terribly loud, you could not understand a word the cashier was saying, and that wasnt due to the speaker. "customer service" was abrupt and non-existant. we had to explain our simple order 4 times. just. wow. only person in line and it took 10 minutes before we saw food. of course the order was wrong. only good thing was it was yummy.

Not sure why these reviews are so low. Weve eaten here quite a few times and while its true theres sometimes a wait, weve never had any other issues. Noone is ever rude, food is never cold, the fries in particular are almost always fresh out of the fryer. And everything always tastes so good!

I order a chicken sandwich that was so blackened I thought it was a burger at first glance. The other burgers were overdone and dry. The buns were soggy. The lettuce and tomato were old. I really hope management fixes this place, for the sake of public health standards.

The wait time for your food is very short and the staff is efficient. The food comes out hot and ready to eat. The only issue would be people trying to find a way into the parking lot when coming up route 40 from the city.
