My wife was raving about their burgers. I had eaten here once before and tried the gyro lamb burger, which was un-memorable. This time I tried classic American cheese burger. They were out of chocolate. So I ordered a vanilla shake. Both are ridiculous. How do you not have chocolate for milkshakes at 6 pm and only 2 flavors? The burger orders were both messed up. I told the girl "whatever you do, dont put mustard on mine. My wife said ketchup, lettuce, mayo, tomatoes. I end up with no mustard. Good. But also with just pickles and ketchup. My wife got all the toppings she requested, plus the mustard that I specifically hate. Ok. She eats mustard. Not going to ask them to remake the burger. When we got back to our table, we realized we never got our shakes. So, my wife goes back to the counter and waits as the one young woman waits on other customers. Finally able to get her attention, she apologizes because in the rush of customers at the dinner hour, she simply forgot to make our shakes. Not her fault. Staffing was inadequate. The bun was good. The shakes were good. But service and burger was bad. Probably the last time we eat there. Too many other places nearby that I can pay $9 for a burger and side that have lots of toppings and many options for shakes. I will stick to getting my groceries at Wegmans.

Too expensive. Too hard to order. Their cheapest burger, $7, only comes medium well because its so small. I ordered the next larger burger, $9, rare. It came medium but was acceptable and tasted pretty good. Be careful of the add on extras, like hot sauce, the cashier offers, they cost 50 cents extra. BTW, the hot sauce was not hot at all, zero, nada. Side salads are a little too small. The kale is very good, the Caesar just Romain and dressing thats not the greatest. The eating area was much too noisy although only a handful of customers were there and quite chilly. The atmosphere was sterile Dont think Ill be back for the burgers although the grocery store is great.

To expensive, the sides are bad, the bun is soaking wet and the cook put about 2 lbs of mustard on my burger. Other then that the meat quality is very good. Frudruckers is just down the street for a cheaper and tastier burger.
