Never received meal that was ordered which was an appetizer. GF did get her dinner of crab soup which she said was good and completed it before we corrected the waitress the second time about the missing dinner. Also ordered a tea and at 2.99 a refill an hour might have been a nice gesture. Reminded the young server about missing the meal and she vanished. 15 minutes later she finally came back and asked if we care for anything else. I said my meal would be great. Anyways it was never put in and I didnt feel like ordering it a third time and waiting any longer. Asked for the bill and expressed that we was ready to go. Again vanished even knowing I was more than ready to leave. Granted time of day of 4pm there was more staff than guest. Bill was 13.76 got tired of waiting to pay with my card and wanted to dispute about my drink that I couldnt get refilled. I think I might still be there waiting on them to pay if I didnt have cash. Left 14$ on the table and left. Still hungry! Shame on me for trying to take my other half out to a decent dinner with the expectation of receiving at least mediocre service. Worst service ever received from any restaurant. Not paying with a card Im sure Ill never get a refund or partial refund but Im glad I paid in cash. I could just imagine the tip I didnt leave on my card. Disgusted/angry to say the least!

Ive given this location multiple chances. Theyre slow, they dont care, the food is sub par AT BEST. The employees have an unenthusiastic blaisé attitude. Dont expect to be visited by your server for the first 10 minutes. Dont expect to be checked on for drinks or the acceptability of your food. I think the problem with this location is likely management. Ive seen my server that I was waiting for in the back just shooting the breeze with coworkers. The place is run by kids. I dont believe Ive seen anyone older than 26 working there. Management needs to be replaced with personnel that can run the location with an iron fist, cause the current young staff thinks its a hobby to work there. Ive been to other green turtles that are fine and meet or exceed my expectations. This location leaves a horribly negative mark on the brand. This place needs an immediate overhaul.

We experienced terribly slow service. We sat down at the bar, ordered drinks and asked for a menu. We got our drinks in under five minutes, but then never saw our server again! She literally disappeared. About 20 minutes later we saw her on the other side of the bar, but couldnt get her attention because she never looked our way. Did she remember we were there? Did she remember we wanted to eat? Apparently not. Another 15 mins. passed as we tried to get her attention so we could pay. Finally, the server returned to our side of the bar, just as pleasant and upbeat as could be, and asked if we needed anything. I held my tongue and did not mention that what we needed was our empty glasses and empty bellies filled, like 30 minutes ago. Instead we paid for our one drink each and headed across to Red Robin for faster service.

The crap dip was so salty we had to squeeze lemon on it to make it palatable. Our server didnt care. Blamed it on the Old Bay. I have eaten many thing with Old Bay on them and salt has never been an issue. The shrimp on the Black and Bleu was also very spicy. The ribs were not meaty and couldnt hold a candle to Outback ribs. Cole slaw was blah...tasteless. If our server would have said awesome (when nothing was) one more time I might have stuffed one of the pretzel bread sticks in her mouth. $3.00 for a class of diluted tea and no refills is ridiculous. Emily, sorry for the poor tip but it was more than was deserved! Our last trip to the Green Turtle!!!

This is by far the worst place i have ever been at. Service Sucks , waiter looked like he was high on drugs. Screwed up our order twice. It was thanksgiving night it was only 6 people eating here but it took 40 minutes just for an appetizers and the 32 additional minutes for our burgers. This place calls it self a bar and grill burgers half frozen and raw even dough we asked for a well done. Im a great Tipper usually 35 to 40% but this place is not even worth of paying the bill in full . Never again i will set my foot in to this joint.

The waitress that waited on us acted like she didnt want to be there or she didnt want to serve us. Then I waited for 30 min for crab dip and 3 sliders that I never got because I left when I saw the people who came in after me eating. I asked for sweet tea and got a diet tea . this place need someone to either get a new staff or have a serious meeting with the staff. After reading all the other bad experiences THE GREEN TURTLE IN OWINGS MILLS NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!

Glasses not fully cleaned affecting the taste of beer. Scoop ice with the glasses chancing breaking a glass in the ice. And they would never know of they chipped a glass. Worst Margarita pizza I have ever had, use pizza sauce instead of sliced tomato and just ruined the flavor. Bar itself is sticky and clearly not clean. TVs are so high you cant sit comfortable at the bar and watch the TV in front of you. Go somewhere else for a meal or drink.

Went there for lunch recently. Waitress asked us for our drink order and food order. Didnt see her again until it was time to get the check. Food took over 45 minutes to arrive, had to take my food to go since it was at the end of my lunch break by the time it came out. Didnt seem busy, just understaffed I guess. Food was pretty decent, but again I had to eat at the office because it took so long to get there.

We went to this Greene Turtle during the superbowl while the special was all you can eat all you can drink for $40... What they didnt say was that it ended at 8 PM.... And they told us 15 mins before 8. When we asked to speak to the manager she approached us with nothing but attitude. We would not have paid $40 if we would have known the biggest ended at 8. Not to mention the food was over cooked and terrible.

I was undecided about what to drink so I greatly appriciate your recommendations Courtney. Timing of drinks and food to the table was perfect. Great experience . Extreme quality service with Courtney!!

Had an excellent meal here. The server Brittany was incredibly friendly, and did a great job serving my party. One of our 25 orders came out wrong, so the manager had the replacement out in ten minutes and gave the table two free appetizers. I would highly recommend trying the Chesapeake Burger.
