Let me start from negative to positive. I am trying to get use to not having covering on tables here, you see am from the caibbean, have dined at various resturants and prefer not to have my eating utensils placed directly on the table after removing from the napkin. The waiter/server shirt needed to be changed he was prespiring(maybe from multitasking). There was a foreign object on the side of my friends plate. The server/waiter was very attentive. He kept asking if everything was okay etc;Our orders were ready promptly and warm except for my friend own that had to be changed due to the foreign object. They server apologized also the manager.Nicely arranged on the plate. We ordered dessert was told it was on the house. We didnot ask for this and did not object.I was pleased with and enjoyed my meal.I had broccoli at another popular resturant in baltimore and it was quiet soggy. It was just the way I like it at Ruby Tuesdays and I didnt have to ask them to prepare it that way.Overcooked vegetables have no nutrients.I enjoyed my chocolate cheesecake. The rest room was clean.Salad bar had a variety offresh vegetables and salad dressings. Good that it was open and accessible to costumers. This was my first time dining at Ruby Tuesday.I will dine at this location again.Thank you for good service.

I live in the neighborhood and have eaten here only once. I like the atmosphere and the decor. The dining room was clean. Our server was polite and attentive. I ordered the chicken wings and thought they were very good. They were piping hot, crispy, and tangy. The salad bar also looked good. The vegetables were crisp, cool and fresh. I also ordered the ribs and was disappointed. The ribs arrived tepid and the meat was very dry.I could not finish this item. One of my companions ordered a quesadilla as an appetizer and that was excellent. We shared a chocolate dessert that was very tasty. All in all I would say the experience was not perfect but i will return and try this eatery again. WENT BACK FOR A MEAL TODAY!! 9-13-2015. Sorry to say a big disappointment. The wings were tepid and gummy. The broccoli and cheese soup had a dishwater undertaste. The salad bar was fairly decent although they kept running out of plates. Attempted to salvage the experience by having a piece of chocolate cake for dessert. They were all out of that item. The server was a real gem though and I gave her a good tip. I probably will not be back again. Such a shame.

This place was not ready for business! I visited this Ruby Tuesdays on a Saturday afternoon and was told there was a 10-20 minute wait, I wasnt sure why there was such a long wait because there were empty tables that werent even being used. I was given a pager and told that the pager would buzz when my table was ready. I waited in the front area for 20 minutes without being buzzed so I went back to check and see if they were ready for me yet, they said they were not. I waited another 15 minutes and noticed people that came in after me were being seated, after talking to the manager , I think Erica was her name, she told me their wait was shorter than mine. How would someone who came 10 minutes after me have a shorter wait than mine?? Erica then told me I had to wait another 10 minutes, and seemed to now have an attitude, I spoke to the general manager and he too was no help. I wont be eating at this restaurant again , they need to teach their employees how to give good customer service and seat customers properly.

I live in the Randallstown area. When the Ruby Tuesday first opened it was doing well but when we returned months later you noticed the change in service and food. Today my husband and I went and we left before getting our meal. The waitress gave us no untensils until we asked, no bread and while getting my salad, I noticed the chef grabbing a handful of fries and dump them on a plate for a customer without gloves. It took over 45 minutes before the waitress came over and asked us if someone bought us our food. By that time I could not take it anymore and we said we were leaving. A young lady tried to explain that they had no idea what happened to our order but she could get it to us in a minute. They offered us nothing for the inconvenience of waiting nor for the horrible customer service. We will not be returning to this Ruby Tuesday.

Alana was my server and she is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me. She was very attentive to my son and I. She had a smile and the place was very clean. When I first came in, she was the ONLY person to speak so she certainly won me over with a simple hello and may I seat you. My food wasnt to my liking but that is NOT their fault. I am a funny eater. I do wish that the chicken tenders were more done...they werent crispy enough for me. Everything but the chicken strips on my sampler was good. I didnt like my hickory salmon too much but again, as I stated thats me and my picky eating. I havent gone to a Tuesdays in years but I am glad I came to this one...again, alana was awesome and the place was very modern. I would recommend and good job to Alana, most people dont even know how to be polite in service and she surely is. Good pick Tuesdays

Unforually, I will give a 1 star because I cant give it 1/2 a star. April 17, 2016 my family and I went there for my sons 17th birthday lunch. My husband wanted to walk out, and we should of. The waitress walk passed your table 4 times before asking us if we were ready to order. We had no silverware or napkins, ketcup, or salt & pepper on the table. She took our drink order, then asked us if we wanted some bread. She brought a small plate of bread for 6 people and no side plates. We all had bottomless drinks, but only my sons and his friend was refilled once. My husband, and middle child both had bacon cheese burgers, but my son had the $13 dollar one, when they came out you could not tell the diffrence between the two. This was a bad experiance and we will NOT be going back! I am so sorry my son had a BAD birthday lunch!

Went here for dinner. Took 8-9 minutes for our server Brandon to greet us. He took drink order and as we had plenty of time to look at the menu, we ordered food as well. It was around 645 pm and they were already out of pork chops. Food came out(in about 15 minutes after the reorder) and we had to ask for our drinks again. Wasnt busy at all. I have managed in restaurants for over 15 yrs and have never experienced service this poor. I know corporate standards and training, there is no excuse for this. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the hostess and food were as should be expected. Never saw a manager. Based on my experience and training, the least the manager on duty should have came by and checked on us. Sad the level of not caring this place has. Pass on this location and go somewhere else.

The worst. Family of four, childrens meals served before the adults drinks and twenty five minutes before adult meals. Appetizer never showed. Waitress didnt care at all. The entire staff is unmotivated, standing around like its social hour. Zero ambition. Hostess not at entrance, bartender not at bar. Entire staff gathered at booth carrying on at 6pm. Not that it is busy at all. The food tasted great, but couldnt enjoy it due to kids being rowdy from having ate 1/2 hr before adults. We will never go back. I suspect the restaurant will be short lived since they are never busy and give worlds worst service. Sometimes they will not seat you when the restaurant is more than 1/2 empty because "its illegal to give the servers too many tables" lol!!! Its almost funny. Like I said, zero ambition.
