Their new staff sucks to be blunt. Today has been maybe my fourth or fifth trip where its poor service and poor quality food. I always wait a little between these bad trips cause maybe theyre having a bad day or its just super crazy... but now Im fed up. They greet certain customers and rush to help them and leave others standing at the wayside (no acknowledgement no greeting whatsoever). Ive been coming to this particular Starbucks for over 3 years and I wont return unless its a last resort...theres always the one in target. Ordered via mobile on my way to work. Came inside and waited over 5mins standing in front of my sandwich while no one greeted me until I asked about my order. The girl said my drink was still in line and so I waited another 4-5 minutes by the mobile order area and the same girl made my drink and placed it at the end of the bar so had to walk down squeeze through customers to pick it up...unnecessary to say the least. When I got to work my sandwich was so over cooked the bottom was blackened and the bread was tough. Im so disappointed in this Starbucks its gone downhill, the staff use to be excellent but now its sub par. They seem to treat people who mobile order with distaste very clearly

NEVER GO HERE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. After waiting 20 minutes in a 10 person line, the man finally took my order, asking me repeatedly what it was until I was at the point of yelling. The woman who was making the drinks decided to chat with her friend before cleaning the machine, and THEN decided to make it. I was late for volleyball practice, so before the drink was finished we had to leave. I couldnt stand how slowly her motions and walking was. Geez, have some urgency!

I created an entire Google+ account just to make this review. The staff at this location (at least those working at 4:00pm 7/25/12) are exceptional. They wont remember me, nor should they, but my brief interaction with the staff was easy and enjoyable. They were not wearing name tags that I could tell, so I cant assign personal responsibility for their quality service, but as mentioned, the experience was great.

This is one of the best locations around. The guys are always friendly and drinks are made well. Lost 1 star because ladies working nights werent friendly at all. Just hit them up during the day and u shouldnt be disappointed.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to in my life. The only reason they got three stars is because they got my drink right. Never go here if you have somewhere to be. Soooo slowwww!

Recent visit wasnt happy with customer service. I was the only person waiting for a venti mango blk lemonade. Girl n dude was carrying on conversation work unrelated. But had me waiting. Really?
