Its 90 degrees outside today. I stood at the counter to be waited on. One lady, which I later learned was the manager, jestered and whispered ro me that shed should be right with me. Another young lady became available and came over to the counter and asked to assist me. I asked for a large cup of ice water. The woman appear to be offended with my request and gestured to the manager, telling me that she will now help me. I asked, "you cant give me a glass a cup of water?" I was ignored. So the manager asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted a large cup of water. She graciously shook her head and told the young lady that she could give me the cup of water. The young lady continue to ignore both of us and chose to do other things in the store besides get me a cup of water; like I asked for. The manager made no effort to fulfill my dying request, either. I walked out of that store veying to never return there again! This store display no compassion for its customers and patrons.

Sadly, this is my local Starbucks. Whatever happened to quality Starbucks service? I wish I had a much better Starbucks available to me, Ive been here several times and every time I visit, Im being rushed through my order but then they have the nerve to take my order at the window again. This has happened many times, but today, I guess they forgot to ask me for my order again because they served me a black coffee, after I read the order twice to the barista at the menu. At least management offered to fix my drink after I got to work, tried the coffee and called them, but it should have never came to that. This place is pathetic, I might as well go to 7 Eleven and make my own coffee.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TO. IM NOT SURE OF ITS A NEW STAFF THATS BEEN HIRED BUT THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF IS SICKENING. PARTICULARLY THE BLACK WOMEN HERE. THEY HAVE BLACK GIRL ATTITUDES AND ITS AN AWFUL REFLECTION ON THE COMPANY AND THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. THERE NEEDS TO BE A CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IMPLEMENTED SO THAT THESE GIRLS CAN LEARN THE PROPER WAY TO SPEAK AND INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS. TODAY IS THE SECOND TIME IVE ORDERED A DRINK AND DROVE OFF BECAUSE I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. THANK GOOD NESS THE VISTA GARDENS LOCATION IS NOT FAR AWAY. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR DRINKS SERVED WITH A SIDE OF TUDE.

Im a bit baffled at the high average rating for this location. It usually doesnt take much for I to be satisfied but I cannot tolerate poor service. Not one person ahead of me in line, yet it takes over 15 minutes to be greeted and served. Add on top of that a terrible attitude from the worker, with the audacity to act impatient after slacking off and avoiding me. Interesting. The only good locations Ive been to are in Northern Virginia and the Dupont Circle location. AVOID THIS ONE! !

Dont understand the customers wants and needs. Employees need to be re-trained in customer service. You want ppl to leave with a smile not write a bad review and pick another Starbucks to go too. Emailing the store manager about the customer service would be right to do but why.. they dont want to fix their store. Customer is always right even when we are wrong.. never had this problem from this store.

Theres not a whole lot of seating, its pretty small. I know this place just opened, so hopefully the staff will be better trained later on. When I went in, There were only 3 people ahead of me in line (I know they have a drive though too) but I was in there for 30 minutes. Plus, I ordered a two-pump hazelnut latte, and they made me a double latte instead.

From what I have seen being at that Starbucks is how rude the customers are to the employees but expect the same respect in return... I go in with a smile say hello and I get the same respect back excellent service for me sorry for You rude customers try being polite it might work out in your favor! #stillnynumberonespot

Says they close at 9pm on weekdays, I showed up around 8:30pm and the door was locked. The employees were already cleaning up and told me they closed at 8:30...WHAT STARBUCKS CLOSES AT 8:30??? They are rude and the manager is too. One young man seemed to not be bothered to do his job. They were out of a lot of stuff at the fixn bar, and instead of just handing me what I needed. I had to wait 10 min. for them to refill the bar to get more napkins and sugar. They suck, but the seating is nice.

Dont waste your time and money, the staff is more interested in cracking jokes and making fun of customers than properly making a simple cafe latte instead we just got warm milk, which I wasnt going to bother to go back and fix to avoid interacting with the staff. @Starbucks #Starbucks

Maybe they were understaffed in the AM but the drive thru took at least 10min ...and you cant reverse because its a one lane and others have already begun to pull in behind you ...then my caramel mocchiato (a simple staple ) was made without any sweetener ???? Just wild

My first time in a starbucks that doesnt offer Starbucks coffee. Similar to 7 11... bad low quality coffee and unfriendly agressive reaction from staff when I mentioned my opinion. By far this is the only and sole unpleasant experience with Starbucks.

I come here because they have the drive thru service. Its a line at times but it does move fast. Service is good and no issues with my food and drinks. Right off the beltway so easy to make the stop and get back on.
