This location has been going downhill lately. The staff seems to change A LOT. The drive thru used to be super fast but now it seems to take them forever to get the people through. The other day there was one girl at the drive thru window. Nobody making my coffee. Then the girls comes out and starts my coffee and the girl at the drive thru window disappears. Then my coffee is sitting on the counter. and sitting there. and sitting there. Finally, as Im sitting there rapidly becoming late for work, she comes out from somewhere and give me my coffee. Not a good experience and I think I will be going to a different location for my coffee which is sad because I have been going to this one for about 4 years.

have been here at least 8 times in past 2 months, every time has been disappointing with service been unfriendly, when you buy 3 items there are never any bags in stock so you have to make 2 trips, when you buy a cup of reserve coffee you would expect them to leave a little room for cream specially when you state paying $6 for a cup of reserve is not an issue its not getting it done the way the customer wants. Its sad but these people dont smile at all or anything. The Starbucks about 20 miles down the road in York is a bit better the only reason I dont stop there is because they dont have reserve coffee. Maybe this staff is not use to seeing Asian people. :(

I am visiting on a Saturday afternoon. This place is very busy! The staff seems to be doing a good job keeping up with the orders. Despite the long line, I had my drink in about 5 to 10 minutes. The wifi is a little on the slow side, but that is expected with using public wifi. I had a little trouble connecting, but after visiting a new site (not one cached in my browser) the wifi sign on page loaded. The staff appears to be having a difficult time keeping the store tidy. There is a lot of crumbs, trash, and coffee spills on the floor. One of the tables is completely covered in crumbs.

Im a true Starbucks fan. However, the girls working behind the counter decided to have a 5 minutes conversation after I ordered and before they started on my drink. The lady running the drive thru is the only one looked to be working. The Shrewsbury Starbucks is no longer a place to stop on my route.

This place is clean and, sort of, accessible to route 83. The little interactions that I had with the staff were pleasant and they accommodated my simple requests. Bathrooms are decently clean and I have no problems coming to this star bucks when I am in the area.

They made a mistake in the order (forgot to put raspberry in my white chocolate mocha frapuchino with raspberry) and they also made a mistake in the size, but gave me a larger size that Id asked for. They were nice about the mistakes, but still made mistakes.

I love Starbucks, and the staff at this store do an excellent job with customer service and making drinks. My only complaint is the layout of the store and lot. Neither is very well planned for as high a volume of customers as they get.

Great place to get coffee between York and Baltimore. While I prefer smaller non-chain coffees the staff is pleasant and timely. Excluding other fast food coffee, this is your best quick pick for 25-50 miles traveling on I-83.

Slowest service EVER. even took a long time to get the receipt. Told them wanted a hot drink and they said they forgot. Wont ever go here again. Starbucks should send people fix this store.

Looked nice inside but I asked for a green tea latte--shaken. They didnt shake it at all and the matcha sank to the bottom. Frustrating, as I was in a rush to the airport.
