The only thing I like about this Pizza Hut is the nostalgia. It looks almost exactly like it did 30yrs ago. The only thing thats changed is they got rid of the Tabletop Pacman and they no longer serve pitchers of beer. Hardly what Id call improvements. But theyre falling behind in the pizza game. Pizza Johns is my local favorite (been going since before I was born); however, they cant even stand up to Mustangs or Dominos anymore. We ate in the restaurant on Saturday night at around 6pm, and were the only ones there at one period for nearly 30 min. Ordered Hawaiian Chicken Pizza and it sucked, especially because the dough was undercooked. My wifes pepperoni mushroom was hardly any better. The staff were friendly but hardly professional. The least I can say is it was pretty clean. I hate to say it, but though I have many fond childhood memories at this restaurant, I doubt Ill be surprised or disappointed when they shut down.

Ive bought from this pizza hut in the past and have had good food. Today, I ordered three pizzas for my daughters birthday and the children could not eat them. They said the pizza tasted like card board, which it did. I called the store manager, Wes, to let him know. I told him I was not asking for anything but wanted to let him know. He didnt ask me one question. He seemed not to care at all. Just offered empty Sorrys I offered to bring him the pizza so he could see it but he didnt care. Im out 30 bucks my kids dont get good pizza on their birthday, but thats not why Im mad. Im mad that America is so full of lazy people. Why wouldnt you want to figure out what went wrong?

The staff is polite enough and the food is what you would expect from a pizza chain restaurant. There two notable strikes against this location though. They are chronically slow when it comes to preparing your order. In my experience, they can take over twice as long as comparable pizza joints in the area to prepare even relatively straightforward orders. The other issue is that this location does not participate in a surprisingly large number of promotions and deals offered by the chain nationally. If you see a deal on a TV commercial for Pizza Hut, its very likely that this location isnt participating in the promotion being advertized.

Horrible. Server flirted with my date I asked nicely to stop and yet kept doing so. Service sucked, manager has no clue and food is disgusting. I was leaving the store and server who flirted with my date was outside smoking and trued fighting me when I walked away they kept coming at me so I walked up to smack them around which the manager let this worker cause a seen she threaten to call the police. I have class or I would of knocked them both out and drove off. Basically if you want a horrible night go to pizza hut middle river !

Took 30 minutes for an appetizer to-go and they forgot the marinara sauce! Food was lukewatm by the time I complained about the time. Turns out, it was sittinf on the shelf and no one bothered to call my name even though I was the only one awaiting a takeout order! The place has a bad smell to it--probably time to change the mops, folks! Will not visit again. There are plenty of other options in the area if you want pizza. The food was subpar at best.

NEVER ORDER HERE! Have visited once and waited over an hour to recieve the wrong pizza, two times in a row! The manager is horrible and does not know how to manage and avoids customers! Just ordered delivery from here today, and had to wait double the time they told me, and recieve the wrong order again!! TERRIBLE wait time, and ALWAYS INCORRECT orders!!!

I always give 4 stars cause no one has made 5 stars.....ordered for carryout and they were quick and nice and the one driver ray was really nice and the manager i believe she was really nice definitely will come back again.....stopped coming here cause didnt have good service but gave it another chance and cant disagree no more........thx

one time the deliver dude dropped my wings and one fell off on the ground. I didnt get mad instead it made me laugh my butt off cause I was so drunk. he was probably having a bad day so i told him it was okay. good service though. pizzas great

In my opinion this is the best pizza huts around. Lots of the others have pushy staff, burned food and poor service. This one is not like that.

Awful smell in the dining room. Only 5 tables with guest. Waited over 10 minutes for a salad. Quality has really gone down.
