I ordered the Tastee Burger and a side of Home Fries. I loved the food. Nice and greasy as youre probably looking for when ordering such an item from a diner. The home fries didnt have onion in them, which was a bummer, as diners in the Northeast typically add them. They were otherwise amazing! I ordered a coke with my food and it was tiny, but the waitress asked if I wanted another one for the road. Service was super fast and to the point. Food came out quickly. Some of the other reviewers mentioned that is smelled. I reminded me of my grandfathers room after he no longer smoked in it. Not smoky, but as if in the past it had been smoked in. It wasnt terrible by any stretch. Total bill was $8.40... meh... If I were to frequent these parts, Id go back for sure.

It was after midnight on a Sunday, the only customers were my friend and I, which we were craving for double T diner but it was too far to Catonsville. We were both hoping something similar in food quality and quantity. Here are my complaints about this diner, first our server didnt want to work, we had to constantly ask for refills on coffee and water. Second, she had no idea how many ounces was the T-bone steak, didnt care to ask the cook about our question. Third, the cook lied of the thickness of the steak, he said it was one inch thick, it was more likely half an of inch, cost $4 more than Double T diners steak and eggs. Fourth, didnt cook the food how we ordered it with our server. Fifth, no heat, freezing cold.

Bf and I stopped by because I was dehydrated and needed something to drink. They didnt have great reviews on Yelp, but all I need was a water and we werent familiar with the area. Place was creepy, he had to stand at the bar for forever before the bartender would take his order. It didnt seem very clean so I ordered a soda instead of a water. They came in plastic cups with lids and straws which was nice. We didnt feel very welcome and ultimately left before finishing our drinks. I think this might be a place where anyone other than regulars are kind of ignored. Maybe it would have been different if we had ordered food. (To be fair, the bartender wasnt directly rude to us, but the vibe was very you are not welcome here.)

Flew into town and was staying down the road, it was late and I was starving. After driving around, I did not want Dennys, IHOP, or any other late night chain. As I drove by, I noticed the neon OPEN sign in the window, pulled into the empty 3 AM parking lot, and went inside to be greeted by a friendly older gentlemen that has had a Part-time job there that started in 1977. Wow! I kept it simple, Cheeseburger deluxe with a side of fries. Burger was out hot, fast, and the fries were crispy. Just like I wanted them. Very affordable, and great service. I would go back. Open 24/7 year round except Christmas and does not take AmEx.

It is what it is... This is my first time back since I was a little girl. I went in expecting to have a diner experience. Thats what I got. The staff was friendly. The waitress was attentive and the food was good. Not great, but good. Good is all I expected. I had the grilled steak and eggs with grits. The steak came well though I asked for medium well, but it was still juicy and need a little salt. As for the appearance, this place has been here since before I was born, and it looks like it. But again, it is what it is. I dined by myself, and will keep this as my getaway restaurant.

Horrible rude waittress. Sat for 20 mins before getting our own menu and 10 mins more to order coffee. Forgot half of our order, never received it. Place was not even half full of people. Food was not even as good as I can make at home

Its dirty, dont mind the smell. Try not to look too hard, but the food is some of the best diner food youll find. And if you get sleepy after your meal, you can stop in at the Tastee Diner Motel. Plus the service is great!

Its your typical American diner where the staff knows all the regulars. The food is cheap and tastes pretty good. Theres truly nothing special about it, but its hearty and filling.

Always pleasant. Great food. Great service. I recommend and will be back. We take the detour from Baltimore when returning home just south of DC. It is worth the drive.

A nice cozy diner but their food is a bit lacking. Spaghetti noodles with a fried veal cutlet +cheese and plain tomato sauce is too... plain

Its okay. Better choice than the chains around it. With sides the prices seemed high, but the food was fine. Service is local and friendly.

Food was good. Wait staff pleasant but disorganized. Seemed overwhelmed and it wasnt that busy. Prices were ok until you factor in add ons.
