Chipotle is your basic B, which hey I guess Im a basic B. You go in you get out. Nothing fancy about it. If you are hungry and crave 75% mexican food, this is for you! I love my bowls but sometimes you have to tell them, "hey hey, load some more meat on that", because they sprinkle a tiny amount like if it was Salt bae. Then they charge you for double meat when you know damn well that is barely a spoon full, but dammit you want that steak bowl so you will just shut up and give them your money! Oh ooh and the chips, OMG, i get like 10 in a bag! No mames Chipotle! Get with it!

Horrible service. Placed a to go order from the hospital right after my wife gave birth. She wanted this so after I got back with the food every item was wrong and we were missing my daughters kids meal. Then we called up here and manager got smart with us. Will never come back. What a joke. And these people think they deserve $15 dollars an hour when they cant even read

Horrible. My food was drenched in a brown liquid. I asked them to remake my meal because i was not satisfied and she refused stating that i did order corn and beans and they are "kind of moist." She just transferred my food to another bowl and put more on the top. I was not happy and I made that clear. There was no effort to satisfy the customer. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I think they do a good job and are certainly better than the one in Waldorf. While the portion sizes vary a bit depending on who it working the line, it is to be expected. Cleanliness is something that bothers me though. Even when the employees are not busy, there is no one cleaning up the lobby.

Not my favorite the person who waited on me had good command of the english language. Still had to repeat myself time & time again. Food didnt seem to have that great seasonings. Stick to the one in Waldorf much better!!!!

The food is good, but the portion sizes are not consistent. Some visits yoou are provided with a great portion, other times the employees really skimp on the servings. Honestly, i like california tortilla better

Chipotle is good when you when you want something quick. Food has always been good except when the rice is a bit hard. Its a chain, so you know what youre going to get.
