this place is the worst the evening shift are very rude and racist they messed my order up after I gave specific instructions how I wanted my taco and they put guac on my taco and I asked for it on the side because I dont like cheese in my guac so I whipped it off then ask for a small container of guac thye made it a big deal, all out argument to the point I asked to return my food at that point she final gave me the guac . several of my coworkers experienced rude behavior in the evenings. I reached out to corporate they did nothing I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Just walked over to Baja and the sign outside said open but the door was locked. Looked the hours up online and they are supposed to be open until 10:00pm. I even tried to call and not a soul picked up the phone! Lazy people! I will never visit this place again. I think that is rude and uncalled for to lie. Makes it seem like they do not want to work. What they fail to realize is that Chipotle is right around the corner and that is where I took my money and will continue to do so from here on out! Do not go here staff is rude and disrespectful!

whoever said that this is the best mexican food ever is retawded, and obviously a stupid hipster or something like that (as verified by the numerous pluses after the A). Being from California and having been to real taquerias, this "mexican food" doesnt even register, and places like chipotle and qdoba are far closer than this place would ever be. How about posting realistic reviews in the future guys? DC people clearly have no culture and are far too full of themselves...

I ordered the shrimp salad with chile and lime dressing. I didnt end up adding the dressing to the salad as it was too sickly sweet, so I opted for some salsa from the bar instead. The avocado was brown and speckled which was a shame, but apart from that it tasted good and was a good price. Staff members kept staring at me from the kitchen which made me feel uncomfortable, so I changed seats. For that I give two stars

I generally like Baja Fresh and frequent it at other locations. However, this location in DC is absolutely disgusting, this is the 3rd time a piece of hair was on top of my food. I cant remember the last time Ive found hair on any food Ive ordered from any other restaurant. This officially marks my final Baja Fresh purchase.

Ordered delivery via Foodler. Baja Fresh canceled the order and didnt bother contacting me to let me know that I should order food from somewhere else. I waited 1.5 hours for food. On top of that, they told me I needed to contact Foodler to get my refund. Thanks for nothing. Literally.

This Baja Fresh is great, they manager is super friendly and always is helpful and polite. He wont even take my coupons and says to just use it next time. If you have to choose a Baja Fresh to go to, this is the one for simple, fast and inexpensive food.

Really tasty food, truly fair servings compared to the also indeed arguable prices. It isnt really that clean though, the atmosphere is just casual, so it really is nothing outstanding, but alright for the quick lunch or dinner meal.

Stop by for lunch and/or dinner and definitely try out the bowls, they are delicious. Also, the Diablo shrimp is amazing. This location has friendly waitstaff and is the only decent burrito location around (no thanks to Chipotle).

Their fire roasted salsa is a favorite. They offer a wide selection of dinners. Tacos are good. I like the burritos but they fall apart on me. They also offer fajitas. Its a good value.
