I tried to place an order over the phone for my Nana, my uncle, and myself. I was told by the girl (who was very hard to hear and understand) that we could not place an order over the phone, we have to do it online. My nana had told me that they had been able to place orders over the phone before. Well say we didnt have smartphones or Internet access but needed an order placed ahead of time to be picked up. Ive worked for Subway for four years, I know you can place an order by phone, by computer, or by the app. To say we couldnt place an order over the phone is just the staff or manager being lazy, and because of that this Subway lost three customers. I can garuntee we will never be back and make sure to never recommend this particular establishment.

Of all the fast food sites down Washington Blvd, Subway is by far the number one hotspot during the bustling lunchbreaks of spring through autumn. The chain is slim, holding about three or four small tables with white, hard booths; however, customers usually come and go, always moving. The service is great, multicultural, and since the food is made right before you, there is no misunderstanding. Subway has become my top priority whenever I am craving mouthwatering meats, freshly baked bread, crisp lettuce... Even on my "vegetarian" days, they provide the option of vegetarian patties that taste to level, if not better, than actual meat! Amazing. I assure no dissapointments.
