The employees are always very kind and curtious, but the store itself is cheap, cheap, cheap! Unfortunately this branch is the one closest to my house, but sometimes I opt to drive to the one in scaggsville instead. Today I was short on time, and attempted to use a coupon for dinner. I received some silly excuse why they couldnt accept it once the sub was already made. Typical. Instead of being that jerk who had a sub made and walks out, I paid the $10 and swore I wouldnt come back. I wish the current owners would sell, they have pulled this kind of stuff for years. Not nice, and not a good representation of the brand.

The worst Subway franchise ever. My family ordered three subs and were in a rush. When we grabbed, paid, and went, it turns out that they gave us the wrong bread, did not toast any of the subs, no cheese in any subs, and no dressing/sauce when demanded. They also gave me a lot of other stuff that I did not ask for and had to put it on the side. When we called them and politely encouraged them that they got our order wrong, but it was okay, as long as they know about the mistakes, they said that they were right and gave me attitude.

Go somewhere else! I stopped by at 9:38 pm on Tuesday. They closed 20 minutes early. Next time in I told the owner. She couldnt care less that a customer was turned away. They lost me but my wife still goes there. She brought home a seafood sub with barely any meat on a footlong. Maybe one half cup. There are other Subways. Its worth a little drive to avoid getting ripped off. Go somewhere else!

It was a july 4 th and they were open and courtesier and understood clearly what I needed. Worker Dan, was able to tell me what kind of sub would suit the taste that i needed. I took two 12inch sub for $12 that included a new flavour. Store was clean as compared to others in neighborhood.

The only reason I come here is because its close to my work but not anymore. The past 5 times Ive gotten food, they shorted the meats, or slopped the sub together so by the time I eat it, I need a spoon. No more
