I’ve visited many locations over the years, and this is by far the worst Five Guys ever. Extremely slow with workers that appeared not to care about anything. It took over 20 minutes to receive my food, and it was not busy. When I courteously asked about the status of my order after 20 minutes, a worker snapped at me that it was in line. I had at least 4 large orders that were made after my small order be finished before my order. I will never return to this location, and I would highly suggest that no one else visit this location.

I came here with my boyfriend last night, and ordered a little cheeseburger all the way with extra pickles and large fries, but I actually got it with extra pickes only. When he went and asked if it was possible to get that fixed a very friendly and nice lady made me a new one with no issues at all. I believe her name was Nikki. Its nice to have that type of costumer service in a place that I love so much!

Very overpriced I thought. $30 bill for 3 burgers, fries, one soda and one shake. Our fries were soggy and saturated with oil. I dont like that. Honestly, my burger didnt taste significantly different from my own at home. Their food was fresh and the bread/bun was average. Personally, I wont go back. Nothing significant for the money for me. Restrooms were single stall and clean.

Fries were burnt and cold, employees couldnt get orders right, tables dirty, employees pants down below their butts. I dont want to see the person underwear that is fixing my food. I guess I will have to go out of my way to get five guys from now on because I Will not be going back to that one

My daughter and I stopped by for fries and shakes. The salted caramel shake with whipped cream and added bacon was blissful insanity. We were dipping fries!
