Pricing structure in this store is way off. The prices are extremely high making shopping here a "last resort" only. Too often the price on the shelf or sales circular is not what actually rings up meaning you have to call for Customer Service. This Weis is on my way to work so I sometimes stop here before work to pick up a quick item or two. Unfortunately, the staff manning the registers and customer service are non existent in the early morning hours. If you have a problem at the self check registers, you have to physically leave the register and hunt through the store to try to find an associate who will help you. Ive been late to work twice now because of this. Additionally, Ive run into issues with the store not pulling expired merchandise off the shelves. Ive purchased bad meat several times meaning an added trip back to the store to make a return. In a nutshell, not worth your time and effort - high prices, poor customer service, inaccurate price scanning and expired perishables.

Worst customer service ever, prices are way to high. The way the store is organized makes it difficult to find anything. Went to see what they have in ready foods, and all the food looks like its been sitting out for a month. The tuna and chicken salads on display have turned brown, I would hate to see anyone eat that stuff. They where out on soup and when I asked if there would be anymore, they told me thats all the soup for the day. This store makes me sick to my stomach. One of the persons in the back that was preparing food wasnt wearing gloves and later I witnessed them wipe their nose and continue working. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING someone should call food safety on this store

I like this store. Prices are a little on the higher end, but its a nicer atmosphere than walmart (no offense). Ive always received great customer service and when I call to order something (party platters or a birthday cake) Im always taken care of fairly quickly and not on hold for a long period of time.
