I love Panera. The food is good. For the first time I tried the Summer Corn Chowder and had the grilled cheese. My cousin and her mom had a apple crisp salad which I did get to sample. I LOVE the food including their blueberry muffins. They are always fresh and you can taste every flavor that bursts in your mouth. Now this location had some downfalls. The bathroom did not have any towels, and the trashcan was overflowing, and I also found the counter near the microwave very dirty and dusty. The service was impeccable, but all in all I was satisfied. Oh they need handicap accessible parking and ramp.

For the third time in as many months, I called the Pikesville Panera to have bagels held for me, to drive out of my way and find out that not only was my order not held, but they were out of what I needed. What made matters worse was that a fellow, claiming to be the owner, made very light of the situation, and even walked away to socialize with a group of friends. This establishment truly needs a manners check, however how can we expect as much from the staff when the owner cant show professionalism.

I love Panera but i really hate this location just for the simple fact that they always seem to cheat you out your food. I asked for a full salad and they barely filled the box like other locations. This isnt the first time either. I strongly prefer the security location because they give you your moneys worth. But all in all the service was lovely and it was so clean

I will NEVER GO to this Panera Bread Again. When you order your meal on line you would expect it to be ready and correct. Nope, three times I had to go up to the counter and ask for a correction. By the time I got all my food my sandwich was soggy and hard as a rock.

Fast service. Good fresh food. Lots of healthy options. Comfort food as well. Great deserts and treats. Great breakfast and salads. Many choices of bread and bagels. Yummy coffee drinks and smoothies. Friendly staff. A little over priced but good portion sizes.

Food is the usual Panera stuff... bakery items, lunch stuff that leans in the "healthy" direction. Soups are good. This locations parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare when busy. The staff handles a crowd well enough once you get inside though.

Today was my first time dining @ Panera Bread and I must say that I was very pleased with the quality of the service. As well as, all of their food was outstanding. I will be dinning @ Panera Bread again soon w/o any question...

This is my first time at this particular location but I eat at Panera often. I found the staff to be very helpful, pleasant and patient as I was ordering with my grandmother. Despite a rude customer, we enjoyed our experience.

The staff is great, the food is regular Panera fare, but always prepared well. My only issue is their crazy parking lot, and how busy it gets around dinner time. The old ladies who play Mahjongg are really amusing.

Very busy place but great place to get a sandwich, particularly with the ingredient changes Panera has been making. My favorite: Turkey & Avocado. Parking can be a pain depending on the time of day.

Dining area is clean, though cushions are worn and broken. Staff is attentive but harried. I seldom stray from my order of Mac and Cheese but the soups are fresh and the coffee is hot.

The food is good and fast and it is a step up from Subway in presentation and quality. It doesnt seem to matter when I stop in there- the place is always busy and buzzing with people.

I needed to kill a little time this morning. A heated chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese and tea hit the spot and made the wait much more pleasant. Barely crowded.

GREAT GREAT GREAT place. The food is wonderful and the staff is friendly. My four year old son thinks hes found his best friend in their cashier. Highly recommend!
