Standard fuddruckers. Its ok. Clean and ok service. Ok burgers, not much flavor nor quality in the patty, buns are so much bigger than the 1/2 lb. Patty. Barely gives you any fries ( drastically different and a substaintial reduction from the amount they previously gave and other Fudds give normally, Im talking they gave my friend; no exaggeration,we counted like 10 fries at most, on two occasions, So maybe management gave fry prep station this standard to save money?) Many go b/c people like the melted cheese sauce and the build your own toppings options at fuddruckers. But if thats not a big deal for you, imo five guys is much better.

Your Brandywine Maryland location have wonderful staff especially Bridgett, I confused on pricing. She was amazing making sure the customer feels at welcomed to receive information to further help with the purchase of the meal. After her detailed explanation I defiantly Definitely felt that what I was paying fit was reasonable. Then our cook Disney Rodney came out to check on our meals ( which you couldnt get that at the cheese cake factory) I acknowledged he did a great job with us requesting they be well done. So with that being said I would like to thank you guys for having an amazing afternoon staff. Keep me smiling

Service was horrible. The young lady at the cash register was impatient and rude. My mom wasnt sure how to order her food. She asked a couple of questions about the salads. They had one in their display case that was supposedly a chicken salad without chicken, duh, why call it a chicken salad? Anyways we reported the impatient worker to a manager and we took business elsewhere.

Excellent! Burgers cooked to perfection and some of the best onion rings I have eaten in a restaurant. The place was clean, very cool temp and all the personal were extremely nice. Its been awhile since Ive been to a Fuddruckers and I will definitely be back.

I tried the Bourbon burger during my very first visit here & I AM HOOKED! It was amazing and fresh. I love the mini salad/burger add-on bar and it was so clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely be coming back more.

Never going again. Last 3 visit they were out of buns , it was freezing in there, and they couldnt give you the common courtesy of informing you what they were out out before you ordered.! Just get your food and be disappointed trust me

This was the worst experience I have ever had. We waited an hour for our food. The good was cold and undercooked. It was freezing in the building its already 40 degrees out and it felt colder inside. Worst experience ever

Great family friendly atmosphere, good freshly cooked burgers and chicken sandwiches. One of the few places you can get a burger cooked to your choice of temperature because they butcher and supply their own meat.

Staff is unorganized, they were having problems with their credit card machine. Condiment bar look like it wasnt attended to in awhile and their fountain drinks was running very low, a lot of the drinks were out

Im not a big fan of FUDDRUCKERS, since theyve existed in Columbia for decades but overall I was satisfied with my choice and the burger was cooked on point. I dont know why I doubted them for so long.
