Have been eating at this franchise since it opened and have been increasingly dissatisfied over the past year or so. The burrito bowl I purchased this evening for dine-in was cold throughout from the first fork full. I took the bowl back to the counter and was told "we dont have a microwave but we can make you another bowl" to which I replied "if it was cold the first time, are you saying its going to be hot the second time?" to which I was told "We can make you another one, Sir." Of course, the second bowl was every bit as cold throughout as the first (having been made from the same ingredients less than ten minutes later). To cap it off, the bowl and a regular drink is now over the $10 threshold ($10.18 with tax)! The bottom line is that Qdoba is no longer worth the price in my book - theres a reason why theres hardly anyone in there these days and the line at Chipotle is practically out the door.

Opening at 11 we were the first in. New brisket nachos were delish as were the salads. No towels in mens room, but they attended to that forthwith. Unsweet tea even better with supplied limes and lemons sliced and ready. Sauces of red and green varieties in bottles added even.more punch to the entrees. Staff is pleasant and the place was spotless. An inviting place for early lunch at 11 after church at Grace Fellowship,s early service when.Texas Roadhouse and other chains are not yet open. Got the new diablo queso and chips in a bag, but had to take them home to even start with.them as my nachos with brisket was so filling and piled so high, even though I was ravenously hungry! In all our years stopping in, weve never been disappointed.

The meat quality here is completely inconsistent. I want to like it because the marinades taste great, but the fatty pieces or random pieces of bone are too gross to entice me back ever again. I went with a friend who ordered the spicy beef and I ordered chicken - both were the worst cuts of meat I have ever been served out. They should be reported to their national branch office for quality control issues! I like their creamy chipotle salad dressing - I guess I could always go for the vegetarian option. Their taco salad is really tasty when loaded with cheese, tomatoes and salsa. I really want to like this place, but my experience was just too vile to come back for a second chance.

I love this Qdoba, the best Ive been too! The food is always delicious! Maria is the best employee:-) always so polite, happy, and very helpful. She makes my family welcome all the time we come there. She is very professional and she follows directions as how I want my food done! A couple of weeks ago Maria wasnt there and I had very bad experience:-( I dont know that girls name. But she was very rude, she barely let me finish saying what I wanted, and she was very chip with meat and she charge me for double at the end, which I didnt realize until I got home and I checked my receipt

Service was low class, food was tasteless even with extra sauce. I got a shredded pork burrito. Portion was large but had no flavor Mexican or otherwise. Save your money. Go to taco bell. Wish we had!

Service is always great (I come here a lot). Fast, good food, and FREE quac!! Chipotle charges you for 2 avacados but gives you maybe a quarter of 1.
