I just walked in to order food, they are short staffed. One guy about 19 if not mistaken just looked at me and did not even say: somebody will be right with you! And he was definetly taking his time to prepare the food when there is about 4 people waiting in the lobby and 10 cars in the driveway. I think that when they get hired they need to pass a speed test. love taco bell but since i moved to gaithersburg in 2009 it has been slow. People waiting inside and a long line in the driveway.

Very disgusted in how a manager and employees assist the drive thru with nasty attitude and playing kick my ass games inside the store, not only that but bad customer service, doesnt give back a receipt. GM needs to be knowledgeable about who he hires for his company. Please look into the young lady that worked on 9/29/16 at 4:25pm she needs more training or needs to be terminated. Very unprofessional! Its not my fault she filled the application and doesnt do her job right.

This is a good taco bell. If you are looking for taco bell. For more authentic and also a bit pricier Mexican Ay Jalisco is right down the street. The staff at this Taco Bell are always friendly the food is hot the tomatoes really do taste fresh and the lettuce is actually crispy. Its rare to find a fast food place where the staff seem happy and the manager pitches in to help. I dont go often but when I do Im always pleased with the service and the food.

I was using the restroom and as I went in there was a guy that was cleaning the bathroom and I asked if I could use this and he said sure. I was hoping he would step out of the bathroom but he continued to clean. As I walked out of the stall I began to wash my hands and he shut the door. I thought since I was using the restroom the right thing to do was to step out of the bathroom while the female uses it.

Horrible service. Ordered food at 9:36 and the food was finally handed to me at 9:58 and out of the 4 things i ordered, 1 was correct. When i asked the manager if they had a way for customers to complain about their service she told me they do not and that was the best they could do. I do not recommend this location if you first are in a hurry or secondly if you want what you ordered.

This location never seems to have enough people working and there is an extremely long wait. I also went in for a new menu item today and they were sold out which is strike 2 for the management. Strike 3 is the lackluster employees that do not clean the restaurant. I like TB just sad that the one closest to my house is an abortion of a franchise. NEVER AGAIN!

Coming at lunchtime is always good. Past 8 or so at night though is always slow. Ive waited as long as 30 minutes to receive my food at nighttime. Perhaps its a different manager at night or theyre just short staffed. Either way come during lunch time and not if you have a late night craving.

Food is well prepared and place is clean. Staff is very friendly. Only complaint is that they have a very slow service both at the counter and at the drive through. Not keeping up with the whole "fast food" concept, that is all.

Sodas werent working, and they didnt let you know until youre at the order box, which means that its too late to back out if theres a car behind you. Waited for 20 minutes to not order anything.

Used to be my favorite Taco Bell in the area. The food has been sloppy and Ive had a few messed up drinks/orders when going through the drive through. Employees are incredibly kind though!

Its Taco Bell, pretty much you like it or you dont. Only real issue is it is sometimes pretty slow when its busy. But this is fairly true for almost all Taco Bells.
