Having a nightmare experience with " I. Robinson Fine Art & Jewelry" at 2nd floor. Ingrid Robinson, owner, talked me into buying a $400 stainless steel bracelet on Sept 1, 2013; I didt want to buy because its not my style and I probably wont wear it. Ingrid said if I find that I am not wearing it, I can return it by Christmas to get a full refund. I returned the bracelet next day Sept 2 because I knew I wont wear it. Ingrid said she was going to cancel credit card charge because of holiday delay in submission. She did not do what she promised; the $400 charge from her "Business Financial" was charged to my credit card on Sept 3. I called her on Sept 3, and requested an immediate credit refund and she agreed. While I was waiting for the refund, Ingrid called me on Sept 5 and asked me if I was going to use that $400 charge to buy another ring. I told her "no", and she promised a full refund again. Not receiving refund, I called her on Sept 12 again. She said refund is not an issue and she would call back and email me the credit "receipt". She did not call back, no email from her either. I called her on Sept 13 and Sept 23 again ; she repeated the same promise but failed repeatedly to deliver her promises. I visited her store to request refund on Sept 23. Ingrid asked me to leave without an apology or refund. Its a nightmare wont end.

Im grading this place tough because of the community. A mall is a place to hang out, buy some cool stuff and blow off some steam. However, there are so many ignorant, bigoted and fake people around here that I cant recommend it. Retail & consumers. If youre a white-privileged individual, then youll have no problems here. Unless, you try it with the wrong person. Sure its one of the best malls in the D.C area, but they have attitude problems. Lots of foolish behavior. If you cant do something for the people here, many of them wont give you the time of day. Its about how rich you look... Lots of fake people. Its disgusting....

Still Montgomery Mall in my circle, Westfield Montgomery Shopping whatever went through a serious slump in the last decade. Not only has the mall recovered, a bevy of new and interesting stores have moved in. Wonderful coffee and middle eastern food, Italian designer shoes and two of my favorite clothing stores, Guess and Zara, are the highlights for me. There are also your standards, an Apple store, Windows store, department stores and a decent food court. Whatever youre there for, the elegant interior, ample parking and wide collection of retail offerings should offer a satisfying mall experience.

I tried to use the ATM machine which is outside of the Macys store on the first floor. The machine appeared to be jammed and took forever to give me my card and a receipt which showed it had not dispensed the cash I asked for. I tried to reach the help number, but they were not a available. A week later, my card was blocked by my bank because of fraudulent activity on the account. A duplicate ATM card had been created and had been used at several banks in the Washington DC area. In 24hrs the thieves had gone through thousands... I suspect that this machine was the catalyst.

Parking is sometimes hard to find depending on day and time The food court has a great selection of foods and treats. There are also many restaurants located around the mall. Prices are average and has cleaning staff The shopping mall is great with a variety of different shops. I wish there was a drugstore like cvs or walgreens. The only makeup walkin the store is sephora which is not displayed in the app. There are many makeup stands in macy and northstorm. The prices vary from cheap to very expensive. Over i enjoy this mall and come very often

A good upscale shopping mall near Bethesda MD. Im the midst of a multi-year redesign (for example, a near-completed restaurant zone with modern and independent dining options, and a new luxury cinema). the mail has Macys, Sears and a Nordstrom, so it checks off a minimum numbers of primary stores. The most negative is the limited parking. Not impossible to find, but you need to be patient. Access to a # of local and regional bus lines (access to several metro stations as well), so good for the area residents. Good place overall imo.

Shopping and eating at this mall are fine UNLESS you need handicap parking. They do not have any handicap parking on the food court level. They have many handicap parking spaces on the ground floor but they also have a problem with the elevators nearest these spaces. The ones in the Macys Home Store lobby are not reliable. Many of these ground floor handicap spaces are also not under a roof. Before their zillion $ renovation there were handicap parking spaces on every floor of the garage.

Wow this mall has changed! I used to work here 8 years ago, and I was shocked to come back recently. The food court here is completely new and absolutely gorgeous. They have an awesome new movie theater in as well. The mall itself looks even better than it used to, and it seems like there are plenty of high end stores (including a Tesla). I now live only a few minutes from here, and Im excited to be near such a nice mall!

I love Westfield Mall Montgomery and were so happy that we decided on this location for our corporate store "CoCo La Rue Hair Extensions Boutique." What I like about Westfield is the parking, the management staff are all very professional and just the way the mall looks. Its an older mall but it looks brandnew because its well kept by the engineering staff. If I could give this mall 100 stars I would. CoCo

Parking can be difficult and the mall is usually very busy, but they have the store very well laid out and a large variety of stores to choose from. Would say it is one of the "higher end malls in the Montgomery County area, but well worth it. Be sure to stop by the Cheesecake Factory just outside the mall. Easy on and off to 270 as well. Enjoyed my shopping experience two weeks before Christmas.

One of more convenient malls in Montgomery County, easily accessible from 495 and 270. Upgraded food court has better options, including Cava Grill. Cheesecake Factory also available. Still some turnover in stores, but usual selection is there - Macys and Nordstrom. Finally, Arclight is a good addition for a more premium theater offering, my preferred place to see movies locally

Montgomery mall is pretty easy to get to, as long as youre arriving from the right interstate. Otherwise youll have to take another exist and double back around. Parking has been ample, and the stores are fairly nice. Theres not much that makes this mall special, but its nice and easy to stop by on your travels and be back on the interstate when youre done.
