I used to come to this store a lot I spend a lot over there since they change to new manager I beleive she is older lady used to work as cashier.. she is so rude and not nice we order mobile order they said it is not going through two drink only one drink going through and it starbuck problem she seem mad give my husband attitude he suppose to go get drink not to order that y we order mobile.. NO SORRY WORDS AND NOT NICE AND TAKE IT AS THEIR MISTAKE.

This place sucks no sandwiches I will never ever stop here again She told me if the sandwich is not in the case up front We dont have it This is the first time I ever heard of this I need to grab a sandwich Hand it to her So she can heat it up Then hand it back to me I think I need to call corporate on this store

Love starbucks! Nice & cozy unlike how it looks from exterior. One specific gentleman, dont knoenhis name, tall and Caucasian with short haircut think dirty blonde, is super friendly! They make mistake and fix it quick. Sometimes makes my drink to sweet, but overall good!

It is a perfect place to meet up with a friend and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff is fabulous and it is a pleasure to interact with them. The place is set up comfortably and pleasantly. Even when it is busy, it is not hectic and loud. It is a gem.

though parking is tough(few spaces), they are fast, pleasant and competent. other than that its a Starbucks like any other. maybe 20 seats inside. another 5 outside. 2 unisex bathrooms that are relatively clean.

No drive, but fast and friendly staff. We did get water for the kids though and it tasted like hotel tap water. Every other starbucks we go to has had fresh filtered water, not sure why this one doesnt.

Drinks are always good, there is usually a line, but they get through it pretty quickly. I only gave 4 stars because of the location. The parking lot isnt very big.

These guys are killin it. The new store manager Devon is making it rain espresso all up in here. Best place for coffee on West Patrick Street, hands down.
