I would say We go every other week if not once a week. Usually I like the service even though some times I get charged for the wrong things. I learned to check my invoice and if any thing is wrong they make sure they do right by me. But today was a different story. My boys love swapping there toys for an ice cream. And basically you could say that is the icing of the whole thing. So as usual they went to get ice cream but they were told the machine is broken. So knowing what they can get they asked for a cookie instead. But they were told that they don t have enough. Seeing their disappointment we approached the staff and asked if they could get them some, but he explained they do not have enough for all the kids. And of course that was a right thing to do. But literally 5 minutes later one staff was saying " we dont have ice cream so do you want cookies instead?" to another child, Yes the other kid got it. So my boys witnessing this, grabbed their toys and run to get some. Guess what-no more cookie, they dont have enough! They were disappointed. They keep saying I asked first why did they get it and not me? .... How can I explain that to a 4 year and 6 year old? Once again I talked to the manager... funny what she said was thank you! Well ... I at that point took my boys in a hunt of cookies. What a service.

The service there was rather disappointing. I ordered a meal that is to come with fries and on two different occasions and to two different people I clearly said that I want an extra order of fries. Not only I did not recieve it but after I pointed out the matter and they gave me the fries, they came and said that I had not paid for the fries and with an accusing mannerism! Then a lot of stress was needlessly caused until I asked for the manager and clarified the matter which had all started from a lack of listening and an accusitory attitude of his employee! I asked him to teach his employees to listen more intently and to respect the customers. It was not a good experience.

I went thinking I will get a good breakfast,no line I told good.next thing you theres people behind me. I was there first and thing you know they already call the people behind me. My order was just chic sandwich meal and not ready.I waited patiently but for 30 mins, I have to ask them what happen to my food not even one try and think the manager at time was Asian guy he just stare at me. I walk out with out my food and I left my Money but the attentant follow me and try to hand it back and told her they can keep it. I never go back to any branch of this place. Theres no equality in this fast food.Wendy service way beyond you guys.

Love love loved this place. Any time I get a chance to go out of my home state of NY, I look forward to visiting a Chick-fil-A. This place had great food as I expected and the staff was amazing at helping customers. The line swelled up quickly when a rush of people came in, and the staff manned each register and took the orders efficiently. The playground was fun for the kids and kept them happy. I will visit this location again when I can and love the music they play while I dine in here ;)

I regularly eat at this restaurant, but today was not a good experience at all. I received my food promptly but I dont think I can go back, because when receiving my food today I had a hair in my Fries. The employee replaced them but after that I couldnt eat. I think there should be a policy that the cooks wear some sort of protection so that this would not happen again.

Best customer service out of any fast food place, but the food is just as poisonous as every other fast food place. Why do you have to put yoga mat and silly putty ingredients in our food? Azodicarbonamide and dymethylpolysiloxane are not food ingredients. These poisons are the reason so many people in this county get cancer.

I love this Chick-fil-A! Of all of the locations I have been to, this one by far has the best customer service! The employees go out of their way to make it an enjoyable visit, the eating area is always very clean, and the food is warm every time! This place is clearly very well run and a top notch establishment!

Nice service and good food as usual. Loved their large kid menu in front of each cashier. I ordered the spicy deluxe sandwich which was good. But I guess I will just order the original next time because it tastes good and the spiciness of the spicy deluxe covered the good flavor.

Christians safe Haven! You can eat a good fast food dish and listen to church songs instrumental! The chicken is also very well cooked! They have this hidden recipes that make their food heavenly! Thats some holy chicken

Great fast food restaurant when you are craving some spicy chicken sandwiches. Gets really busy around lunch time so try to go early or after lunch rush. Great customer service and the staff is super friendly

Solid Chik-fil-A. Gets BUSY at lunchtime, but what can ya expect? Clean and delicious. They sometimes have problems using the Chik-fil-a mobile app, but when they mess up they always make it right.

Service is always friendly, however sometimes there is a solid line. It moves quickly, but is still lengthy. The dining area is nice. No drive thru.
