ok the previous reviewers do not eat there so they arent to be trusted. I was there today and the place was a MESS!! Specifically, every table was dirty - yea EVERY ONE! There was a couple stoned out dudes at the counter and one looked exactly like a young Alice Cooper. Not thatg there is anything wrong with that I just prefer the people handling my dinner to shower, maybe its just me. There were pill wrappers ( Imodium) on the floor along with napkins, cup lids, a squished sauce packet, scraps of food and just dirty. There was an unattended bag of chips on a table the owner long since gone. A group came in while I was there and stood and debated whether to stay and eat or not. No comment cards or phone numbers for notifying owners or managers so here I am. I will be sending a note to the health department too. I wanted to complain but why would some min wage worker care and my nephew didnt want me to cause a scene. Lazy workers, dried up cheese and unclean you decide for yourself.

I usually swing by after dark. About 7 teenage guys were loitering around the dining area. They couldnt have been out of high school. I guess the kids have nothing to do around here. They werent employees. Ive gone here twice, and a certain group is always sitting around doing nothing; loitering. As I was present I heard the group of guys asking strangers for "change" at least twice. "A yo, I know yall got some change...," is what I heard over and over. It was like they were sitting around waiting for paying customers to approach the counter, then beg for money. Management/ employees did nothing. If you arent at Taco Bell to work or eat, what are you there for? I probably wont be going back. Too bad, the food was decent. They are understaffed, and one female employee was immature. It seemed like she was hiding around corners and snickering...

I Visited Taco Bell Germantown (19923 Century Blvd, Germantown, MD 20874) with 3 children and purchased food for $20. When asked for water the taco bell employee told us that they do not give water because kids create mess, said some teen age kids created mess before so they no longer give water. We asked to talk to manager and the kept us waiting, manager was there around but just ignored us. This is total discrimination against mother with kids and worst way to treat customer. No offering water when food is purchased and when the summer temperatures are high is a in humane.

This place is usually pretty good for whatever your next "Mexican" food craving is, however, its not unusual to have slightly messed up orders. The staff are usually very nice and theyll fix the mistake without a problem. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant is very very good, you wont see trash anywhere but the trash can. Havent used the drive thru as much as walking in, but I believe that this Taco Bell prioritizes the drive thru over walk in customers, in order to keep things going.

Its just too slow service inside but drive through was lot lot faster. I had to wait 28 minutes for a simple salad. The staffs are neither food nor friendly. Hahahaha...there were some young African American boys and girls making a big mess on the floor screaming, yelling and throwing sauce packets to one another, and here and there but no one from the staff came out to calm the situation which actually was very disturbing and scary at the same time.

Its taco bell, yes. However, I now realize the difference in opinions from my East-coast friends and growing up on the West coast. Living here now, this explains so much. Tortillas were a bit dry, crunchwrap was kind of soggy and not deliciously crispy like I remember. But, in the end, since apparently bean burritos arent a thing here, I can come in here with the late-night snackie feeling and leave with that particular craving satisfied.

The drive through girl this morning is incompetent. I ordered the three taco meal. She asked me if I would like any sauce. I said yes, I would like some Fire sauce. Sure enough I get home and there is no sauce in the bag. Now I am forced to eat Taco without sauce. Edit: I unwrap my Crunchy Taco and find that the shell is soggy. Now I am forced to eat Soggy Tacos with no sauce.

The cashier was super rude and she had an attitude. And she got our drinks wrong and when we asked the her to fix our drinks she was very lazy not to and asked us if we can just keep the drinks. I will never come back to this Taco Bell ever. And the cashier is stupid and she should be fired. Before she is fired tell her she has a nasty attitude and needs to work on her manners.

23 min for 1 quesarito, they had 5 people in the prep area, why is there still 10 groups of people waiting for their food? ... This is taco Bell for Gods sake, I went there because I was in a hurry and ended up being late anyway because the cashier did not know how to Refund my money and neither did the manager ...

Everything was fine except the roving group of pan handling teenagers who asked us for a dollar, then came back and asked for 50 cents, then asked if they could have the rest of my friends dinner, then asked for another dollar. Not sure why the employees let it happen .

Crew was working very hard and completely overloaded but were very polite and definitely not just slacking off. As was mentioned in another review, the black guy with dreads was great and he dealt very courteously with a very rude patron.

The black guy with dreads needs an award. Ive seen him handle difficult people and numerous orders with tact and poise. His politeness goes well beyond what he gets paid for. He made me and my fiancees day on three different occasions.

2 stars is honestly being generous, but they get that 2nd one because the staff has always been friendly while everything burns down around them. 23 minutes on this(my last) trip. Worst part, it wasnt even busy tonight.

I normally go to taco belll in the late hours of the night with my friends. I can understand if the service is slow due to being understaffed but every time I have gone past 9 pm my food is something from another world.

They always mess something up in my order or its just poor quality for Taco Bell. I have given them multiple chances already. Dont go at night. The drive through is so slow you can go home and cook something faster.

Cashier did not greet me and service was so slow. A customer had to ask for cheese to be put on her order several times and it was the manager helping her. Taco poorly made. Skip this one i wont be going back.

They have messed my order up several times, but the customer service is so good Im STILL giving em four stars lol. I always have a good experience with them though, just be sure to CHECK YOUR ORDER lol
