Let me start by saying I love the company Popeyes !! They have the best chicken ( my opinion ) I just came From this location and this is not the first time I visit them but I guess shame on me for thinking maybe they were having a bad night thats why my food was hard but noooo it wasnt that busy and I came here tonight and not only did I get cold/hard chicken again got some horriable service in the side. The older lady didnt ever greet me and told me to have a nice day without handling my drink , one someone else notice why I was still in their drive thru she handed me a drink but it wasnt mind and I didnt notice until I pull forward. So I came inside to get my drink which was a sweet tea and she handed me a unsweeeten tea!! So I said to the cashier this is unsweetened the woman who handed it to me in the beginning still never apologize about all the mistakes she has been making but just started addding sugar to the tea, I just ask for another drink and got a fountain. Drink. I tried to give this Popeyes a second chance but service is horrible , I will not be returning.

I love there food, but I dont understand how a resturant is ALWAYS out of certain food!! Its erritating, one min. their out of corn, the next their out of shrimp, one time he had me hold to see if they had enough chicken to fill my order after filling 2 others orders. Really, your a chicken restuarant and your out of damn chicken!! They need to seriously get it together!!!!!!!!!!! Lastly, if they specialty items that you LOVE dont expect on them having it for long. If they have a specialty item that sells more than other food on their menu, I would think the common sence thing to do would be to make that a part of their menu.

Nope. I wouldnt go back here if someone paid me to. First time I went there, I was terribly ill after eating some of their chicken. It did appear to be under-cooked and had an off smell. Second time I went there, a friend was paying, so why not? Well, as he got done paying for his order - we both witnessed an employee drop a bunch of chicken on the floor, pick it up, and drop it right into the fryer. Yummy... Needless to say, we threw out that slop, and went down the road for some food that wont make us sick. Stay away from this place. Unless youve got a great immune system...

Its Popeyes. Ive had better chicken at other places, but its not like their chicken is horrible or anything like that. What brought me in was a promotional flyer. Had I not had the coupons, I would not have felt it was a good value - very high priced for what it is. Besides having lunch, I was looking at their menu to see if this would be a good place to stop to pick up a family meal on my way home from work. But their prices are way too high for that. Ill be getting fried chicken somewhere else.

This is a fast food place that see we chicken and shrimp on a Louisiana-style fashion. It is good food. The environment for this particular restaurant was adequate. It was clean, but not dirty enough that I wouldnt go and sit down in there if I had to. The biggest thing was the staff. I am usually pretty good at understanding accents and such, but I went there twice and had no idea with the staff member was saying to me. So that was a frustrating when I was trying to order food.

I never write reviews about fast food chains but this place was exceptional. I have been to countless Popeyes throughout the country and this one is by far my favorite. It is super clean, they play great NOLA jazz music, and the best part is the staff. They are super friendly and I had one of the best fast food experiences with their cashier, Brandon. Great customer service. I will definitely come back!!!

Employees are horrible, slow service, inaccurate. The girl getting my food together dropped some of my fries out on the counter and picked them up and ate them! She proceeded to put the box in the bag, there were also way too many employees just standing around, doing nothing! Food was very expensive for what I got. Overall I do not recommend.

Several people waiting on food.Me , my wife and grand daughter got a couple items we ordered and were told it would be four minutes for the rest.we waited 31 minutes and they still forgot 3 of the side dishes.My wife and grand daughter threw away the coleslaw said it tasted bad

I love their good however if they do not work on their customer service and effectiveness they will not last! Dissatisfied for the 3rd time... Take advantage of your location make it profit worthy! Yall are the only popeyes in York. And the only fast food in this area...

horrible service and the manager is a Indian Man/Terrorist who under pays his employees worst popeyes in America honestly if there were a mcdonalds 10 miles away I would still drive there seriously who takes 45 mins to give me my order and it was still aweful

Horrible chicken...just found them yesterday didnt even know they were back in york, shouldve stayed a mystery. Service wack as hell and slow....the chicken, ummmm tasted like fried cardboard lol very sad wont return...giving it 2 thumbs down and a double

I gave it 5 stars based on the food alone. I could have bad service and wouldnt care as long as my food was correct, warm, and good. I could eat just their drum stocks and a big side of their red beans and rice.

This place is the best thing since sliced bread. The cashier wasnt very friendly but the quality of the food was phenomenal! And the manager is so incredibly nice and caring. Will come again!
