When I first began going to this restaurant the food was great, however, I never noticed how bad the customer service was. Recently, when I called to place an order the lady was rude on the phone and was yelling at me, but I decided to let it go. Today after I called and ordered my food she was extremely rude like she was in a hurry to get off the phone. When I asked her to repeat my order she had a problem with it and said it too fast where I couldnt really understand. Then she gave me the total and said bye.....as if I was done with my conversation. I was heading to pick up the food and decided that I couldnt patron a restaurant where the owner is extremely rude and doesnt care about the customer. Therefore, I called and cancelled the order and she asked me what did I order. I told her you took my phone number, therefore you can look it up. She said the chef was already preparing it and I told her Im still canceling. She then told me dont call her back. Nobody should have to deal with someone like her. She needs to remember theres other competitors in the same area as her and that she needs customers for the business to thrive.

Have been going there by recommendation from a friend for 2 years for both carryout and delivery. Food has been good. I have ordered in the past triple delight, hunan beef, General Tso chicken, beef and brocoli, and shrimp fried rice and all have been good. Eggrolls and hot and sour soup is okay. Their Teriyaki Chicken was good but it looked weird so I wouldnt order it again. I call for carryout and have received decent service, sometimes I had to wait but I sit in my car so its no big deal. Had delivery a couple of times and once they forgot my soda but they did return with it. Portions are generous. Id recommend them. Hope I dont jinx myself with this post.

Worst place on the PLANET! I waited 30 mins on a order of french fries. This was my first time coming their. At the desk it was two young ladies just sitting there on their phone as if theyre on Facebook. I asked about my order, and she said in low voice while texting on her phone,"Its coming". Two groups of people ordered the same time and had bigger orders. One of the customers complained about the wait time too. I should had ask for my money back. I didnt get an apology, or anything free. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CRAPPY STORE AGAIN.

Additional little nugget of information for my order; I was told I was in the wrong place... not sure how I dont know where I live. The driver decided to get out of the car and run his mouth at me (once he actually decided to show up) while I had my 3 year old son with me because we had to chase him around the apartment complex because they went to the wrong building. Also the restaurant representative decided to get into a verbal argument with me over the phone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS PLACE, WHAT A JOKE!

Every time I order from here they so happen to forget my 2 can sodas. I dont think they forget. Has happened too many times. Just ordered chicken and broccoli and the rice taste old and my egg roll was dried out like its been sitting for days. A friend of mines stop eating here because her chicken taste like its been sitting and has been refried.

Like any other establishment, they are hit or miss. Most times the service is okay and the food great compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. The downside is that while they are "grooming" the younger generation to take over, they arent teaching them to respect their largely African American clients.

I literally ate from here every Friday for months. The steamed dumplings are so tasty and the General Tso Chicken with white meat is always cooked correctly. Im writing this because they dont open for 15 minutes, and Im starving... a couple people said the Arnold Palmer is to sweet. But, I like it.

Very clean and nice dine in area. The youg girl at the register was not too friendly but another hostess was very friendly and polite. The customers that were waiting for take out were even friendly. I will definitely return...oh yea, the food was good lol.

Do Not eat here they are the worse. Smile in your face spit in your food and they own the wash & dry targeting poor people and treating them like nothing but will take your money. Please pay it forward and boycott this business
