Seasons 52 in Columbia, MD is by far the best restaurant in the area. I judge a restaurants quality based on 2 different aspects, the food and customer service. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. I wont go into details because Im no designer, just go see for yourself. The food to start...... I have eaten at Seasons 52 about 15 times since its opening and have never had a meal I didnt brag about to someone the next day. You cant go wrong, seriously! The Appetizers.....My recommendation is ANY of the flat bread pizzas. Easily the best flatbread you will ever eat with several different kinds to choose from. These things are flavor packed and a great start to your delicious entree to come. The Entrees.......Weather you are a meat lover, seafood fanatic or willing to branch out and try something new they have it all! Lamb Chops, Filet Mignon, Scallops, Mahi Mahi, Salmon, Chicken, Pork Tenderloin, it is all phenomenal. Dessert..... The presentation is as good as the taste. Served in individual shot glasses with about 10 kinds to choose from, each is thoroughly described by your server before you get to choose one of your liking! Their wine selection is huge and the mixed drinks from the bar are made like a REAL drink! Now for the customer service..... Its so good I asked my now fiance to marry me at Seasons 52. The sole reason I choose to have such a big moment in my life at this restaurant is the customer service. The staff played an integral role in assisting with my proposal and it wouldnt have been as special if it werent for their help. Marshal, the general manager, helped me plan and execute my proposal plan to perfection. I wasnt even nervous because I knew Marshal, as well as the rest of the staff, generally cared and were excited for myself and my now fiance. Last but certainly not least..... Our servers name was Carla and she is by far the best waitress I have ever had AT ANY RESTAURANT, not just Seasons 52. If you end up at this restaurant ASK FOR HER, it will just make your experience that much better! I have had so many experiences at very nice restaurants where the service was so poor it made me never go back. Carla is the exact opposite of this. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and general personality are of the highest caliber. Thank you to all of you at Seasons 52 and Im sure Ill be back again very soon!

I have dined here probably about 7 times, and each time the service has gotten worse and worse. This last time that I went will be my last time ever coming here. When I first walked in , I asked for a table for two and the woman up front(I said woman and not hostess because I believe she was a manager doing something with the computer at the hostess station up front)tells me that they are accepting walk ins only for the bar area right now because the dining room is being saved for reservations. The dining room had many empty tables when I looked but I assumed that the reservations were coming in shortly so I went to the bar. The only available table at the bar also had a reserved sign on it. While I sat there and contemplated on what to do , several servers walked by looking at me but did not offer any help at all. While waiting there on the person I was having dinner with ,i decide to go on open table to see if they had any reservations available and Low and behold they did have a reservation available for within the next 15 minutes, and then the next half hour , and also the next hour (Which really preplexed me as to why the manager did not want to seat me).I made the reservation for the next 15 minutes and the hostess finally sat me and my friend down. While dining the server took 10 minutes to get our drinks, the appetizer took another 10 minutes and then the entree took about another 30 minutes to come out. Mind you the restaurant is not busy while this is happening, I counted about 3-4 empty tables. When the entree came out, my friends food was cold (which to me meant, the kitchen had prepared the food but the server just didnt get a food runner to bring it to us).During all this waiting , the server checked on us twice. Once to bring the drinks and once to let us know that the entree would be out shortly. He didnt refill our drink nor did he check on us to ask how we liked our food. He also did not bring a steak knife for the steak my friend ordered. I will give credit where its due, and say the food is definitely good and I love the fact that they give healthier options- which is the reason why I kept going back even though service was pretty terrible each time. So with all that being said, I will not be visiting this establishment again. For the amount of prices they charge, they should hire better trained servers and not teenagers who really could care less .

We had a perfect lunch at this Seasons 52 location, so based on one visit, it deserves a Big Fat Five! Yes, there is portion control, especially the desserts, but with this quality, there will be no complaints from this quarter. Good formula: balance some quality caloric elements with limited portions. The following were excellent servings: flavorful Black Trumpet Mushroom Bisque, with sour cream (cup@$5); Lobster and Fresh Mozzarella Flatbread, with roasted sweet peppers ($15); Blackened Steak Flatbread ($10), with bleu cheese, mushrooms, spinach and caramelized onions($10); Artichoke Flatbread, with goat cheese ($9.80; ( unusually good Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, with crispy bacon, garlic and parmesan crust ($4.30); and Blueberries-and-Lemon Curd and Mocha Macchiato desserts (limit-sized, so were fairly priced @ $3 each). Service was great; seating was very comfortable; restrooms were very attractive. Decor, though a bit corporate in its color coordination, was very soothing, highlighted by a number of raku-like, color-field paintings.

I would like to say I really loved this restaurant a lot ,food and everything was great on 2-16-17 by the only reason I had to give it a 1 star is because what I noticed as me and my girlfriend walk in we heard a host name Cristina (black dress with dots) talking to other workers as I walk through the door she was bending behind the desk talking about some customers with kids saying " next time you need to leave your f*^king kids at home this isnt a kids friendly restaurant " I was shocked as two other coworkers laughed and gave her a heads up that someone is standing there she look up and laughs and say " Im just joking" that really made us feel very uncomfortable seeing so many kids in here with family smiling and having a great time I think this would be my last time coming to this wonderful place which I made reservations for 7:30 I just wish I never walked in hearing that made me very sad
