Ive been to BWW multiple times in different locations but this one has struck out the most. I order carry out food three times now and this was the last time I will go here. I went a few weeks back and ordered at the register. It took a good amount of time (20mins about) for receiving my food. So I went the second ordered online prior and expected it to be done by the time I arrive as I had specified that. I came in and there was someone already being helped who seemed to have an issue so I quietly waited to be helped. There were two servers and the manager present of whom all tried to make up to the lady in front of me. After a good 7 minutes I was finally helped. I paid and then I was ignored. There were three huge bags placed by the register but after I paid and tipped, my receipt was taken and I was ignored. So I waited. 5 minutes went by again until I finally asked if my order was ready yet. Immediately one of the bags was handed to me. So I paid but was ignored and then had to run after my food again. A few days back was the last time when I again ordered online an hour prior to my arrival, was on time for my pick up but my food was not done. I waited for about 10 minutes again before receiving my food. The food was ok every time, just that by the time I had it it wasnt really hot anymore. Its really not well managed otherwise this constant issue with service wouldnt occur.

We went in last Friday afternoon - after the lunch rush. The restaurant was not crowded at all and we were seated immediately. In fact, we were the only table in our section. We then proceeded to sit and wait while several servers walked past our table multiple times, and no one came to take our drink orders, let alone our food orders. In that time, I did however watch a member of the kitchen staff come around leisurely and get a drink for himself out of the fountain machine. The game tablet we received for our table upon entering was absolutely filthy. I used a wet wipe I had in my purse to literally scrub it down before touching it. I have never walked out of a restaurant before, but we left after sitting for over 15 minutes and not having one member of the wait staff acknowledge our presence. Luckily, it was a blessing in disguise. We walked right next door to Famous Daves where we were greeted with a smile and amazing service. We had our drinks AND meals ON THE TABLE at Famous Daves in a shorter time than we sat and waited, in vain, for someone to come and introduce themselves as our server at Buffalo Wild Wings. No exaggeration. I have always been a BWW fan, but this was an abysmal representation of the brand. I will never frequent this establishment again. Disappointing, to say the least.

Wow this place is bad! Rude staff, disorganized manager and freaking liars!!! Called ahead, asked if they were showing my teams football game, and after being on hold for 5 minutes she said yes! Showed up, had to wait for the two hostess to finish their conversation about some other girl before they even acknowledged me. They sat me outside and immediately I asked them to change the channel, she said my server would do that. 10 minutes later, no server to be found. Several other tables were now sat, and the manager came out to apologize to them, no acknowledgment my way. Server finally came out, took my order and agreed to change the channel. Came out later to tell me they were out of the sauce I wanted, so I changed. Then later to tell me they were out of lemonade, so I changed. Guess what DIDNT change this whole time. The damn tv! After all my food came out and several promises that they would change the channel, the server tells me they dont even have the game and the manager should have come out to tell me that. Im so frustrated that I spent my time and money here, waiting for something that they couldnt deliver. If you wan good food and service go next door to Famous Daves, thats what I shouldve done

The place was empty that should have been a clue!! We ordered 10 wings and fried pickles. 2 classic burgers. Yes the menu was sticky and the table too. Our server looked sad to be there and that was the 2nd clue. The wings were bland but cooked well. They needed some salt or something. The pickles were wayyy tooo salty eew. And not fresh pickles. The burgers were gross and dry. The veggies on them were in fact fresh though. But the bred was hard and crumbling. The fries were like school lunch fries. We askedasked for mustard and our server gave us packets when they had bottles, then we had to ask for a bag to go with our take out containers. Overall I would never eat there again. Ever! I left not satisfied and with a gross greasy aftertaste in my mouth. Was this worth $40?? No way!! Go next door to Famous Daves! You were warned!

My wife and I ordered 20 wings for take out online to be picked up at 8 pm. I arrived at 7:58 and paid for my wings. I then continued to sit there for 25 minutes waiting on my order. I figured the kitchen was backed up and waited patiently. When i finally asked an employee if my order was coming up soon, she checked a bag that had been sitting there since before i arrived. It was my food... cold now. When I first arrived and paid for my food, the employee didnt bother to check to see if my food was ready. No one bothered to call out the name on the bag that had been sitting there for probably 30+ minutes. Just absolutely horrible service. Dont bother with this place, reading the reviews you can see this is a consistent problem here. Famous Daves right next door has better food and service.

LOL!!! Luis V you had our entire office cracking up with your comment!!! That was the funniest thing ever to read. We went there about a month on that annual wing day...and the service was absolutely horrible. But I will say, my wings that that were cooked right were delicious and the manager really came through when it comes to customer service. Our waitress really tried, we just dont think she had a lot of experience, but she really was the sweetest, I wish I remembered her name but I dont. If I ever went back, I would gladly ask for her, no big deal. Were always complaining about things (granted some are warranted) but at the end of the day - whats really important?!? Happy Day EVERYONE! B-)

A great spot for generation X. Ok for the rest of us. A good place to watch the game or as the 19th hole. Food is OK. The best thing they had, was removed from the menu: Garlic Parmesean Flat Bread Pizza. When they made it right it was outstanding! Now have to order "Artichoke Flatbread and request chicken and garlic sauce on the side.!?!? The staff is nice, a bunch of young kids with minimal training in customer service. Generally there is one manager on duty with people skills and maturity to keep the place functional. Definitely for the younger crowd whose standards are very, lets say flexible.
