I believe you should always be constructive when offering your thoughts about a place rather than just be totally negative. My son and I go to BWW every week on kids night - for months now. We both like playing trivia and its the only place nearby that has it. Now, for a place named for its wings, their wings are the absolute WORST I have ever had. They are very small and both times I tried them, they were overcooked. Hardly any meat on them at all. I have eaten a lot of wings at a lot of places if I may vouch for my own opinion. I have also tried just about everything on the menu. Burgers, salads, and wraps are all terrible. Seriously, how do you screw up a burger or a salad? The positives? The ribs arent bad and the chicken flatbread is pretty good. As for dessert, chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. Really? Thats it? Yep. As for service, its mostly been terrible much like the "new" menu. However, we have managed to find one great waitress in the place and Im sad I cant remember her name at the moment. The last thing? On "kids night" that you advertise heavily - maybe turn off the crappy rap music and actually turn on the sound to the tvs with the kids shows on - at least one of them or even the close captioning. I will say that my son does like most of the kids menu and everything is 99 cents on wednesdays. Parents looking for a bargain in these tough economic times cant do much better.

Horrible service. Today (not more than 30 minutes ago), I and a group of 7 friends and their small children went to have dinner here. The waiter JOE took a while to put together our order and he must have been new because he didnt know about menu items (ex. Salad dressings and forgetting the milk for two of the three childen) and not checking on the table at all as he put on our order and didnt come back for 25 minutes. Joe never offered any refills and was basically nonexistent. When he finally came back and we were fed up and ready to leave, he blamed the slow service on how busy the restaurant was and had a nonchalant attitude about resolving the issues. At that point we offered to pay for our drinks (milk, sodas, water and beer) and he looked at us with no clue and rolled his eyes as if he was irritated that we were leaving. I personally have never waited this long at Buffalo Wild Wings and this service was horrible. The ONLY reason I am giving one star is because Joe verified our order and made sure everything was correct.

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever experienced. First of all, I waited over an hour for my appetizer and wings...as a matter of fact, my wings came out before my appetizer. Then, when I get my wings they were dried up and looked like theyve been sitting for an hour. Then when I got my nachos, they didnt have chicken on them as I requested. I called the manager out and the manager did not apologize and didnt take anything off of our bill...very disappointing. The table was not even clean so my friends and I had to clean the tables ourselves. Then, the waitress messed up our bill. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I 10/10 do not recommend this place at all. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Save your time and money, DO NOT GO HERE.

I had the worse service ever at this location! Our waiter literally came to our table 3 times during the whole visit. Once to ask our drinks and then again to bring our drinks/take orders. And the third time was to bring the check. After an untimely wait food came out luke warm and soggy! We werent given necessities such as napkins or extra containers to discard our bones. I tried for almost an half hour to catch our waiter as he walked aimlessly around the bww floor. I honestly couldnt even finish my food either because the lack of quality service or unbearable thirst since I was never brought a refill . This experience may be the deciding factor if I will patronize another BWW ever again.

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had in all my years at a Buffalo Wild Wings!!! I will never ever come back. Really sad when you come to MD for a visit on a holiday weekend with family and you are so disappointed with service, wrong food orders and timing of checks. It literally took 30 minutes for our food (that was wrong) and it was only 4 other people in the building. We had to request the check 3 times. Finally, it took forever to get lids for sauce we need for the dry wings. We asked for extra, extra wet but that is not what we received at all. As previously stated Ill never come back to this location. If this is how BW3 is now Ill never go back to any of their locations. :-(

I could not believe at lunch time it was empty empty empty.... except for 8 elderly women who were not eating or drinking anything but sucking up the wonderful air conditioning playing cribbage the place was empty empty empty and their Staffing was that way too one girl she must have cooked the food serve the food and waited on the table and this is at lunchtime the middle of the day between 12 and 1 it was empty when we got there at 12:05 and it was empty when we left at 1:15 the food took 45 minutes and she never came back to refill the drinks at all now I understand why they are going downhill and losing market shares....

My wife and I went to this location on a Friday afternoon for lunch. The menu jumped out at me for all of the choices that it had. We settled on the appetizer sampler to share. I had the chicken strips with popcorn shrimps. The sampler by itself could have been a meal! The popcorn shrimp didnt even require cocktail sauce because they were that full of flavor! In a neat twist of fate, my son and his cross country team had their end of season party there the next day. He ordered the same main course I did and was more than satisfied! Well be coming back very soon.......Pizza Hut has some competition!!!

Went in, sat at the bar. Generic, flat boring interior with absolutely no personality-just a lot of TVs with sports. Thats the only good thing about the place... First, the sticky, smelly floors & tables. The whole place smelled like it was mopped with a dirty, unrinsed, moldy mop. With spilled soda smeared on the counter...the wings were tiny, hard, generic overcooked knots with sauce splattered lightly on them; in rinky dink paper bowls. Unremarkable, watery drinks. Id rather poke a rusty Ebola in my eye than eat there again. H. O. R. R. I. B. L. E.
