This is the best restaurant food Ive tasted in a lonnnnng time. I order online and use the drive through pick up window and the food is aways ready right on time. The lobster is the best Ive tasted.. not enough of it tho. All they have is a 4 oz lobster tail. The 4 oz was so good I wanted to order a whole lobster the 2nd time but they didnt have one. Lamb usually tastes gamey at other places ive ordered it, but their lamb was the best Ive tasted, could tell it was fresh. Everything is seasoned perfect..not spicy, salty or bland like every other restaurant ive gone to. The steak was the best I tasted when I first ordered it, but when I got it again a cpl days ago the flavor wasnt as good. Dont go on a sunday, Ive gotten food weds thru sat when it tasted the best. Probably a different chef on Sunday, whos probably mexican, because the food tasted just as bad as the rest of the restaurnts whove hired cheap mexican labor in Columbia. They dont know how to cook American food. This restaurant in ellicott city is my favorite restaurant in a lonnng time, probably the closest thing to a 5 star restaurant youll get w/o spending 5 star money. They did get a reward for best restaurant. The food was so good Im about to order everything on the menu just to check it out. The Coconut shrimp is crazy good too. Just make sure u check yr order when u go thru the drive thru. Twice they forgot to bag a cpl things I ordered. And even though the drive thru guys are good at getting the orders out, they need to quit saying maam back to back. They sound really corny... Im still in my 20s. UPDATE: i wanna marry the chef... could somene1 leave his name and number on here... jk.. kinda... i just ordered the glazed pork... shrimp scampi on garlic bread..and hot chicken wings all in one night (plus a steak- but had that already) and a cake... and it was a effing party in my mouth.. ive been wanting one of those.. i ordered them all and just ate the pork but tasted all of em.. whoever cooks on thursdays after 5pm is bigtime becz that was some sexy food.

This locations (Ellicott City) server was horrible and didnt know what he was doing AT ALL! I normally go to Owings mills location where I have never had any problems. I ordered the four course meal, and a strawberry smoothie. He brings a tiny strawberry daiquiri.. I said no, it usually comes in the big glass so he brings the big glass and says can I see your ID? I said fine but the smoothie is virgin so maybe that was the issue. He said it has alcohol but I can take it back again if you want like he really didnt want to so I said dont even worry about it cause at this point Im already eating. Then afterwards he asks about dessert which by the way does come with the 4 course so he brings the bill and charges me for the cheesecake and the alcohol I didnt ask for so I said doesnt dessert come with the 4 course? He said no. I already knew it did so I just said ok and his tip bought the cheesecake. Not to mention he forgot my daughters juice and messed up the starters on the 4 course. NEVER AGAIN! Ill stick to Owings mills cause that was ridiculous!

Service: there was a moderate wait when we arrived. Our buzzer went off, and we were instructed to wait off to the side to be seated. We waited for another several minutes before a host came over to us, and then was confused to discover that we were a party of 2 rather than a party of 5. Seems like you shouldnt be paged until theyre actually ready to seat you, rather than having you wait a second time, giving up your seat on the bench. Service after being seated was decent. Atmosphere: Identical to any other Outback youve ever been to. Food: This was one of the worst steaks Ive ever had. The grill clearly wasnt hot enough. I ordered it rare. There was no sear, just a gummy brown exterior and a medium-rare interior. It was room temperature when it arrived. My salad arrived on a smoking hot plate, which made the lettuce wilt into a mushy mess. Grilled mixed veggies tasted like they were microwaved and were flavorless.

My son and I ordered well done steaks. Mine came medium well, which was okay, but his came as rare as could be - sitting on a pool of bright red blood on his plate. We sent the steak back. Twenty minutes later when everyone else was finished with their meal, he was still waiting for his re-cooked steak to arrive. After getting the manager, he finally got a re-cooked steak that was still medium rare (bright red in the middle). His meal was taken off of our bill, but we will definitely not be back to this restaurant. My steak was also as dry as can be, even though it was cooked medium well. Ive had steaks at other restaurants which were excellent and moist, even while being well done. The rest of the food also wasnt very good. The salads were almost room temperature, and the bread was mediocre at best.

Food: The marsala sirloin tasted good, but thought there would be more mushrooms like it did on the menu. Sirloin medium rare was one of the best steaks I had (but also note I am a girl who doesnt eat a lot of meat). Also the picture came out with broccoli but initially didnt come on our plate, we asked for it and gave us more than expected so that was nice. The presentation of food was a bit sloppy. We went for my sisters birthday and they sang happy birthday, it was nice of them to do. Not the most excited sounding singing but it made my sister happy. They told us the sundae will come free and it did, but it was a scoop of vanilla, not a sundae. Service: was friendly and food came out quickly. Though they didnt have toothpicks, better bring your own if you need them lol.

This locations is usually fairly busy up until closing and call ahead is recommended for weeknights and weekends. The majority of the staff are very friendly and pleasant, and these are the people that have been there for awhile. Ive only had to send food back once or twice, and Im usually there a couple times a month. When this has happened, the staff is very understanding and have usually ended up taking the item off the bill. The mixed drinks are reasonably priced and they have great seasonal cocktails. The menu has gone through a few changes in the last 6 months, but for the good. The fettuccine Alfredo is not very good (used to be), but hey...its a steakhouse so you cant get too mad!

Its seemed like Outback has always been hit or miss. This location missed completely and has caused the chain to lose any/all future business from me. Loud, totally understaffed and the present staff was completely useless. Told the server of our issues with the food, and of the two tables within earshot. She did nothing, went and personally found a manager. He did nothing, was tempted to dash out and just say F the 58 dollar check, but offered no discount, no apologies... I wont go back, Ive never been as appalled by an establishment as i was this evening.. Lost all my business and i make sure to mention it to everyone possible.. Shame..
