We had a party of 14 come in around 6pm on April 23, 2017 for my sons birthday. Our server was Melanie J (I hope I spelled that correctly) and she gave us the best service I have ever had at this location. Before our visit, I had a terrible experience at this location and the columbia mall location (I dont leave bad reviews, I should but I dont. I leave that to all of the other folks who never have anything nice to say) and had decided to give up on the entire chain altogether. Unos is my sons favorite so I had to give it another shot. Melanie was very attentive and she handled our group like a true industry veteran. We asked for 3 separate checks and she didnt blink an eye (we had coupons too), drinks were re-filled on time, food was correctly sent back to the kitchen and delivered on time (not by Melanie) we ran her ragged and she didnt show it. Very polite and professional. The reason for 4 stars and not 5- I called the Wednesday before for "call ahead seating" I was told to call back and give a headcount and it wouldnt be a problem. I called back on Friday afternoon with a head count and made the "reservation" I was told that "Its not a reservation, its call ahead seating but we will do our best to be ready for your group." fair enough I suppose. I arrived a few minutes early and there was no record of my "call ahead seating" request. I thought "well, this isnt going to be good" but they put some tables together real quick to accommodate without any wait time. Regardless, if they would have been busier, I would have been waiting or out of luck because they "had no record of my call". Maybe look into a better message or "call ahead seating" system so everyone is on the same page. Anyway, one small blip for a 100% turnaround from the last time I visited the location. I hope we took good care of Melanie and I hope you do as well. Shes a keeper!!

My wife and I arrived at the restaurant at 4PM on February 5th 2015, and we were seated at the booth closest to the door. It took the waiter several minutes to get around to getting our drink and appetizer orders, of witch it took more than ten minutes for him to return with the drinks and another ten for the appetizer to arrive. A large group arrived shortly after we got our appetizer and our waiter mysteriously disappeared and it was another 20 minutes before our entrees arrive, which were SALADS! Our salads were delivered by a different waiter and refills were delivered by yet another waiter. When we were finally finished our dinner we had to wait 15 minutes for the waiter to finish working his large party before he found the time to come over to check on us and give us our check. He wandered off again and while we were waiting the manager, hostess, and two waiters all ignored us, which was impressive since we were sitting right up front where all of them were sitting around chatting. We were eventually rescued by the bus boy who rang us up. All told it took us 90 minutes to eat a 30 minute meal and the service was poor, all the way from the manager to the wait staff. The best employee was the bus boy who was the only staff member that was working the entire time we were there.

Tried this location as we thought it would be quieter than the one at the Columbia Mall. Overall it was just like any other Uno. Service was unusually slow and we ended up sitting at out table for long stretches with dirty plates. The worst, however, was that my masala skewer appetizer was *disgusting*. I dont mean I didnt like the flavors, I mean the meat was bad -- rancid -- smelled like a sewer and the single bite I tried I had to spit out immediately before throwing up. The manager came by the table and I gave her the plate, suggested she give it a sniff and told her my thoughts. The app was not removed from our bill and our server never said a thing about it. Slow service I can forgive but not food that is unhealthy I cannot.

Went here on a first date with my old school mate. We went here to catch up and to start possibly dating. Picked here because I heard about the excellent service and good food. We went and was greeted right away. No wait at all. It was kind of filled and it was a Saturday night but wasnt very loud. We could talk without screaming and the waitress we had was amazing. Even the manager came to everyones table to ensure everything was prepared right! I have to say this has become a tradition and we are even going there again tonight! Very good food also. Try the brownie sundae but only order one... ITS HUGE!!!

If Im feeling homesick for my Chi-town hometown, I go here. Unos pizza is not the best pizza in Chicago, but its the best weve got here. I wish there was a Giordanos or a Ginos East around here! But this place hits the spot when youre craving no wait around dinner time, an open restaurant at 10pm on a weeknight, a hearty gut-busting meal, or a little slice of home. Asking for "extra tomato sauce" makes it closer to a real stuffed pie.

Ever since they closed UNO located in Columbia and Bowie, we travel a little further to Ellicott City, which I dont mind because the food is just that great. Everyone is lovely and so nice. Our servers name was AL, and he is probably one of the best servers Ive had. He is amazing, extremely funny, very professional and overall gave great customer service. If you ever come to this location, ask for AL, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED !!!!

My sever today was Melanie. She didnt give great service or good service at all. She talked and cared about other tables more than mine. She disregarded my table all together. She came to the table one time about the last 5 mins of finishing our food. She also didnt come to my table after we asked for boxes and cups together. She also came late with our dipping sauces and check.

Came here with family. Hostess was not friendly. It was not busy so we got a table right away nevertheless. We sat at our table for a good 20 minutes and no server stopped to take our orders or acknowledge we were even seated. Finally got up spoke to the manager (he said his name was Jed), told him what happened and left. Place seems really white trash for the area it is in.
