One of the worst grubhub experiences Ive ever had. I placed an order for a plethora of items through the app and when the order was finalizing the wait time was one hour exactly. No big deal. About an hour and 15 passes and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. A few minutes later, after not hearing from the driver or the restaurant, I gave them a call. The kid had trouble locating my order and put me on hold to give the driver a call. When he came back on the line, he stated that the driver was out and he would call me with the ETA. When the driver called me about 10 minutes later he said that he was finishing up his last delivery before he will be en route to me and told me hed be another *unsure* 15 minutes. That put my wait time at a full 2 hours. I was STILL willing to wait. That is until 20 minutes later the kid called me and told me that he was in some industrial business park nowhere near my house and asked ME for directions. As if Im a human GPS. Then when I called the restaurant to cancel my order, the manager who rudely answered took my name, searched for my order, said the wrong name and order and then said Id have to call grubhub to cancel the order anyway. Save your time and frustration and avoid this disaster!

The worst experience Ive ever had at any restaurant. Im anything but a picky Person and have never left a negative review on any website about anything really. The general quality of service, product and communication aptitude at this place of business is putrid. It took over two hours for my friend and I to receive a status (which we had to seek) about the whereabouts of our food and when we did management greeted us with a dismissive and generally uninterested response. The food was cold, and over-seasoned. I wouldnt wish this place on my worst place. Absolutely despicable, keep it moving to ANY other establishment in the area, McDonalds comes to mind for an upgrade.

This is a friend of mines family restaurant. Im usually here because I love the atmosphere, the drinks, the music, the prices, the staff, the setting and I like to support black owned businesses. The food is good, however, the "house chilli" (to me) doesnt taste too much like fresh, HOMEmade chilli, tastes more like canned hormel chilli. I also think the yellow rice could have a little more flavor to it, but so far, my favorite dish there is the grouper tacos, the chicken quesadillas and the wings. My goal is to try eveything atleast once. Overall, this place is awesome and I love stopping by from time to time.

Entering restaurant there were very few customers around happy hour time. Our initial drink order took twenty minutes, people that came in after us were served their food before us. The food order took over thirty minutes to arrive and was cold. The meal looked like something you could microwave at home. I give this restaurant a two star rating. I will never return. The bill for two people totaled fifty one dollars to much.

At this point in my life, my Michelin Stars are based on three things 1. A good juicy flavorful real beef burger. 2. Fresh tasty crisp fries from potatoes. 3. A cold crisp fresh Yeungling beer. This spot just hit the Triple Crown. Hands down best burger and fries in Laurel. Thats saying a lot because this towns got some good grub. Its kind of tucked away from the strip but worth the little extra effort finding it.

Will not be back. Horrible service and lazy a staff. Ordered a drink and watched it sit on the counter for 15 minutes before my server reappeared was reminded I ordered one. Then she brought me down that watered down drink. When she asked the bartender to make another one that took another 10 minutes. Food was okay at best. I gave them a star because it was hot.

I really enjoyed hanging out wit my brother in law. The food and drinks were terrific. My sister didnt want to go she got sick at the last minute told us to go and I drank one of those drinks you share for two people by myself it was terrific and had another and it was great and I was done looking forward to coming back out.

Just visited this place for the first time and im glad I did, the food was awesome. You can tell they care greatly about there food and threw there service which is awesome cause the staff was very friendly and really want to give there customers a great experience. I will recommend this place and will be back.

We did not have a good experience at this location. The restaurant did not have fish, although they had a number of entrees with Mahi and grouper included. The music did not fit with the beach theme. Do not plan on returning, although the server was friendly.

Atmosphere is nice- love the music. chicken salad lettuce wraps were very good the first time I ordered them and the following visit, the chicken was very dry and hard to chew. Other than that, everything else was really good. Prices arent too bad either

Affordable but not good. Food was greasy. Fried fish undercooked. Sent the calamari back. It was disgusting! Philly Cheesesteak disappointing. But the nachos were good. Our server was friendly but ok.
