Ive been here twice and it was two completely different experiences. First trip: Wednesday night after 9pm. It took about 10 minutes to get a seat, even though there were not a lot of people there. It took an additional 10 minutes to have them take my order for what I wanted to smoke. It took another 10 minutes or so to get what I ordered. It didnt seem like there were a lot of people there, so I was pretty confused and irritated that it took a half hour to just get a smoke started. When I finally got the hookah, it felt like it was packed poorly; it was very hard to pull and I wasnt getting much smoke out of it. I decided to address the issue myself by opening it up and repacking the shisha. It smoked okay after that, but I was probably too irritated by the experience to really enjoy it anyway. I left before finishing the bowl. Second trip: From walking to the counter and getting the hookah served, it took all of 10 minutes. It was the fastest service Ive ever received at a lounge. The shisha was packed perfectly and it smoked for almost an hour before we needed new coals. After new coals, it lasted another half hour. So, it seems like the service is very inconsistent here. Granted, two data points isnt really enough to make a review. The shisha is on the pricey side especially when you consider most of what they use is relatively cheap Al-Fahker shisha. Atmosphere was okay. Its more of an intimate place rather than bringing a large group of friends to party. Not quite a lounge, but not quiet a dorm room either. Overall, I think it is worth checking out since there arent many other hookah joints in the area. If they either lower their prices or get better product (and train the staff better at using said product), I think it can be a really good place.

Very poor service. myself and 4 friends stopped by this place twice (3 hours a part) trying to get a seat. thinking they were packed we put our phone number down hoping to get a seat. While waiting we walked up stairs to look in the windows of the seating floor. the place was completely empty! you have got to be kidding me. This place is run by kids and it shows. dont expect service, dont expect quality. go to 7-11 get yourself some tabbaco and save your money. Unless your 18 years old and want to smoke up. this place is terrible. Never received a call, never got seated.

I cant complain about the atmosphere or service it was all very good. However the hookah was not very well packed and was very expensive. 40$ got me 2 glass cokes, one "cheap" bowl of hookah and one slightly more expensive refill. Generally you can get a couple drinks and a hookah thats extremely well packed and made for about 20$. Just work on your prices and try to make the hookah better. Recap: Service: A. Great late evening spot to relax with friends! Laid back & chill kinda venue. Prices could be tweaked a little but over all cool. Love the 3 levels including outside tables. I cant wait until they get their liquor license!

Poor hookah quality. Hoses should be replaced on the hookah I had. Server forgot to bring drink so I only paid for a crappy hookah. I only stayed for 15 minutes and normally stay for hours if hookah is good.

Good lounge, great location. This place has outdoor seating available, as well as two indoor seating areas (on different floors). The staff was very friendly and attentive. Wonderful atmosphere!

Didnt have the feeling of a lounge that had been in place long, but the staff was friendly and attentive. Patrons were relaxed and easy going. Water was available by the bottle.
