Food was delicious and the chef along with the waitress were very kind and attentive. However the hostesses we met upon arrival were not the same. We had called to make reservations way ahead of time. We had been planning a somewhat surprise party and I was told "we dont do surprises" we were forced to order for the birthday girl, therefore she missed the teppan grill show. It was disappointing. We were not given a solution other than the one listed above which is frustrating considering the entire group of people coming generated easily over 500$ profit. Additionally, since they were not willing to let us have seperate checks (which is completely understandable for a party of 20) we obviously needed change. When asking for change for a 20, members of the party were greeted with disrespectful tones. Again, not necessary as we gave over 500$ of business that night. The incredible food and kind wait staff will make me continue to come back, however I believe the hostesses need to show a bit more compassion when hosting a large party.

Its a Hibachi restaurant, but the Chef couldnt even do the big fire to start. No chatter at all. Egg trick was just spinning one on the grill, then tossing it about 2" in the air off his spatula. Onion ring tower was 3 pieces high with about a 2" hole that flamed for a second or two. I got the vegetable meal and he cooked the vegetables first and put them on my plate. I ordered the steamed rice and it didnt come until well after Id finished. They would have been completely cold if I had waited. And, of course, the whole time I was waiting for a water that didnt come until after she came with the rice, which I refused, and then re-asked for my water. I wouldnt recommend this place.

My BFF ad I went to Sakura and we had a very enjoyable time. The cook was funny and the people we sat with were relaxed and we had nice conversation around the table. The person taking your order could have been a little more nicer. Overall we had a nice experience at Sakura

We went on a Thursday evening for my daughters 12th birthday dinner and had a total party of 10. Our waiter Ryan along with our Chef were great! They even provided a slice of cheesecake to my daughter for free even though we didnt ask for it. Nice little touch, thank you! Food was great and my whole family had a very nice time. Would recommend.

Horrible experience, DO NOT waist your money!! The food tasted old, it was terrible. The staff was also very rude. But the worst part was when I was about to leave. I saw a roach crawling on the table beside us! I will never go back there! Everything was horrible!

Ive had nothing but good meals here! I LOVE the yum yum sauce they have. My husband and I always get our veggies without onions, which they are always happy to do. Food is cooked just how you ask it to be and the waiters are always attentive.

We didnt do Hibachi but ended up ordering sushi from the sushi bar. Sushi were alright, nothing special and i had to send my calamari back since they were not addible. Otherwise place is clean and staff is friendly.

I love coming to this place when I have the money. The chefs does the fire trick and the volcano trick. The food is great everytime. Its good for birthday and special occasions

I had the sushi. It was good, but not as good as I was expecting. The eel avacodo roll was nice, but the tuna shashimi was lacking.
