Called in an order went into takeout door and they had us squish our way through the line waiting to order, to the front door even though our order was sitting right there by the take away door. They were very rude and expected me to know where to go and what to do. Why have a carry out door if you have to excuse yourself all the way to the front door and they should have signs to direct people where to go. I asked other customers around and they didnt know where I should go either. Waiting 20 minutes while its getting cold is not ok. When I was given the time to pick it up I should have been told that I will need to wait in the lunch line for everyone else to order. Will never go back. The food wasnt for me so I dont know how it tasted but I guess the food is good, the line was out the door. But the confusion over where to go what to do doesnt make it worth going back to me. They were too rude.

Went to the first time and ordered few dishes thinking its going to be great. I have never been more disappointed by the food service and the place. First the table was sticky I tried wiping it off and the grease wouldnt come off so I laid down a napkins on the table to eat over it. My food arrived and honestly it was mostly Rice topped with overcooked meat with a sauce and some veggies. It seemed like u had precooked chicken and just tossed it with sauce and depending on the sauce the dished chamged. The rice tasted like it was microwaved and the ednamame seemed freshly microwaved as well. The sushi was mostly rice with see food that didnt seem that fresh. The soda fountain was dirty and discusting. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS A RIP OFF!!

If youre looking for the typical salty, sweet, sauce-laden American Chinese restaurant this is it. Not that I dislike that kind of food, and it was delicious, but you know what to expect. The food is definitely better than a lot of those hole in the wall Chinese restaurants, and a bit more expensive to go with the higher quality. They do offer healthier options, by allowing lettuce wraps as a side instead of rice and optional pan steamed meat rather than stir fried. This particular restaurant was clean and service was quick.

1st clue is when a customer who ordered sometime before you is demanding a refund when you are scanning the menu upon arrival. No sushi, no beer or wine or liquor license despite it being on the menu. Other items as well were not available. Stacks and Stacks of bussed dishes in tubs waiting to be processed. Dirty tables, dirty bathrooms. Won Ton soup with no dumplings just chicken broth and scallions. Unreasonably long time to wait for food. Certain no manager was on site. NEVER again. Period.

Cross between a McDonalds and casual restaurant.... No waiters.... plastic dishes .... Real silverware..... The food was good giving a 4 star for tast of food and they have my favorite coke dispenser with the flavors.....great for a bite.

Worst experience with the food. Instead of kung pao chicken we got come charcoal in sauce. Chicken in noodles was not cooked properly...Dont go..

Good food, staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable. Nice area but heavy traffic in Centre parking lot makes parking difficult.
