The places is one of the worst fast food places in Hampstead. Just ask anyone who has tried to get food there during rush hour. I understand it rush hour but, they Never have enough chicken and the waits are HORRENDOUS. 3 weeks ago. My daughter and I waited 45 mins for popcorn chicken and 2 tacos. And most of the time the tacos look like they been rushed out. I would rather drive to Westminster and go to Popeyes then go to KFC in hampstead. But my daughter and wife love the food. My suggestion is if you want KFC go at lunch and save it for dinner like i do or after the rush and pray they have something left. Also never call the store to complain. I called 3 times each time I was put on hold and hung up on...... Edit: thought I take a break and give them a second chance. I will never make that mistake again 3 Toca supreme and not one of them the way they were suppose to be. Tried to call and complain left me on hold then hung up....will not be going back to that place. I am done never again.....

Me and my family went to taco bell and ordered food . The cashier took super long taking our order . She kept asking the same questions over and over we waited about 30 minutes for our food . While we were going down the road after getting our food we realized that they had totally messed up our order . They never answer the phone I called three times and they never answered . All of the co-workers are teenagers and airheads that mess around and dont know how to do there job . I will never go back to that place ever again and I strongly recommend for people not to go there because you will be very unhappy and waste your money .

When I walked in we ordered and was suprisingly fast constitering its slow as a snail. When I got the food the man said "make sure to check if I got everything" and I said sure. The man had a anxious look on his face, I got three five dollar fill ups and picked up one and looked inside and it looked fine. I walked away and a few minutes later my brother picked up his chicken and found a DOGBONE in a napkin under his chicken and then knew why the man looked suspicious. That is my first experience ordering at that trash dump and plan to never eat there again. Thanks Taco Bell and KFC!

This is one of the WORSE fast food places in the Hampstead area. The service is either slow as dirt. Wait 45min for 2 tacos and a basic nacho is just uncalled for. Or during rush hour, knowing that its rush hour either lunch time rush or dinner rush, they never have enough chicken. 19 Jan 17. I wait 20 minute for someone to come to the counter to take my order. Not once did anyone come and say sorry we will be right with. The only time I or my family goes to that Toca bell is if nothing else is available....do yourself a favor find somewhere else to eat....

One star is too much... This place needs Gordon Ramsey to straighten it up. Okay I got a stomach viral intestinal sickness that lasted a gut wrenching 35 hours almost hospitalized am the vomit was actually relieving... It was the constant heaving of dry gut wrench that makes me hate this place. Slow, filthy, and the entire staff need to be replaced! Where in the hell is the managers? oh my god this food is really bad, and even though I knew this I still wanted a taco supreme, and no it will never happen again...

Ive been all around the country and this is by far the worst fast food place Ive ever been. Not just the worst Taco Bell. Worst anything. They consistently claim to be out of something that you want. The staff is rude, unprofessional , and make it clear they dont care about their job. Must be a corporate owned store because no one there seems to care. Avoid this place at all cost.

This is quite possibly the worst taco bell on the planet. They still manage to disappoint even when I have zero expectations. I dont believe I have ever received a correct order from them even though they take forever when nobody else is in line. This place needs new management or to close its doors.

The worst taco bell Ive ever been to and I love taco bell. Slow service even when you are the only customer. They always screw up the orders. The food is old and not hot. They dont have coffee, not even at breakfast. They dont have specials you see on tv. Sometimes they are friendly though.

Service here is not only beyond slow, but there is almost a guarantee that your order will be wrong. Some employees are great but they dont seem to last long. The ones who stay cant be bothered to actually do their job, and god forbid if you dare ask for some sauce. STAY AWAY!

I dont neasarly dislike the service and the food is fine however they are lacking consistency with the timing when it comes to bringing out the food to Customers. If these Employees had better Training with the timing then I would give them a higher rating.

This the worst TacoBell ever. They never have the food ready. I spend 20 minutes waiting and it is incorrect. We drive out of our way every week to eat at the Westminster TB/KFC. Filling out the survey online is useless and corporate does nothing obviously

I was the only person in the store and i waited an hour and a half for my single regular taco. You want to know what was on my taco? I ordered a full regular taco, and all that came on it was cheese! $4.00 for a shell and melted cheese.
