My experience several months ago at this location was horrible!!! I wished I wrote my review then because I cant remember the item I ordered. The problem started when I requested that my sandwich be prepared without bacon. When I got to my office, I discovered bacon in my food. I called and was told I could come back and they would give me another without the bacon. I explained that I could not return at that time as I was back at work. They took my name and said I could come another day and they would replace it. I returned the following day thinking they would at least apologize for the mistake. I was treated as if I had done something wrong. All they were willing to do for my inconvenience was replace the item I had ordered. I reminded them that the previous day I had nothing for lunch because, in spite of being told that would make my order without bacon, they failed to do so. I received no apology and was offered nothing for my inconvenience. I will never eat there again!!!!!

Tropical smoothie is one of my favorite places . But however the tropical smoothie in Hampton is the worst hands down . I have gone to this tropical smoothie for the last time . The smoothies are always not mixed correctly u get chunks of ice and and the soy be also unmixed taste gross when its not mixed correctly. They need to be trained correctly they are not . The could take some notes from the great tropical smoothies places like Yorktown next to Walmart, Williamsburg off the Monticello exit,Newport news by the airport , Patrick Henry mall and Norfolk on military highway . Im closes to hampton smoothie but will travel further cause this place in Hampton is terrible.. If u want a great tropical smoothie experience I advice not to go to hampton smoothie its the worst one in a great location.

The other day I walked in and half the doorway was blocked. After placing my order for 2 wraps 2 broccoli and cheese soups and 1 mango smoothie to go, I waited. My order was handed to me. I got home, which is 10 minutes away. Hungry an tired, we sat sown to eat. The wraps were good, but the soup was fresh out the fridge... COLD, refrigerator cold, and it was watered down chicken noodle soup... cold chicken noodle soup. Since they take phone orders I decided to call. After 4 attempts I left a voice message. About 20 min later they called back. I explained my problem. " I can give you the broccoli soup if you bring it back"....No apology offered. needless to say I wasnt driving back over there. Nor will I ever go back there again. She was also the manager - a child with no customer service skills.

I recently went to your location in Hampton Virginia on Colosseum drive several time and every time its been a bad experience. I have had several issues at this store. First when I call to order, the phone only rings and rings, the voicemail is full, and I hardly ever get an answer unless I call 10+ times. Secondly, when I finally get ahold of someone my order is usually incorrect when I pick it up, and when asked to fix it within the store, the staff is rude. Lastly, I have gone by there 2 times at around 845-850 and the lights are off, and the door is locked. The sign on the door says 9 and I have seen employs in there as well. I think that this is ridiculous having this many issues with one store, and I believe it needs to be addressed.

I wish there were an option to give "ZERO STARS!" The manager is piss poor and the quality of the food is a direct correlation! Ive given this place three chances to be decent, each time they prove to be a pitiful disappointment! On the few occasions Ive gone, my mea was made incorrectly TWICE, Ive been given MOLDED FRUIT, and on this last visit, I attempted to use a $5 courtesy coupon using the app, the young lady at the register was very helpful but was unable to apply the credit to my purchase, when requesting the assistance of the manager, he rudely acclaimed that he wasnt willing to do anything about it although the app, the promo code, and my email address were valid. Do yourself a favor, EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I dont know why and Im not sure if she is the manage but her name is Amy and she looked really messy and she just looked really upset about something and honestly felt like it was me being there i forgot like 37 cents in change and she just gave me this rude look that honestly made me just want to say "Give me my money back Im leaving" the people in the back were fairly nice and i think they should have been at the register and not this rude looking chick who seemed to be mad at the world for nothing i hope not to see her face when i come back there needless to say the food was really great and my smoothie was delicious as always! i love tropical smoothie but there has got to be some staff changes !

Rude and inefficient and slow. Manager didnt have the sense to allow call in orders to pay and leave while a line of 15 people received the slowest customer service ever. She stood by the co-worker while others slowly did their duties. No hustle and bustle whatsoever. When asked if she could open another register she said no. Shes not changing corporate policy for 1 person. When asked for her boss she stated that the owner was never there and refused to give his name. When I suggested she throw the food away then because I called in and couldnt wait 10 more minutes to get my food she happily agreed to.

I like their food and smoothies. Never really had a problem with an order. However there is a reason for just 3 stars. I go to school at 8 in the morning. I find that I like having a nice smoothie to start off my day. Well, I have found that multiple times I go to get my smoothie, they are not open on time. Like today, for example. I get there around 7:10, and it is not open. It didnt look like anyone was in there. I do not have the luxury of waiting around for someone to come and open a store that should already be open. So, I took my business right next door to Starbucks.

Its comical how unorganized this store is. I feel bad for the employees- they are sweet and care about the customers but clearly need better leadership and a better system. They run around making smoothies twice and throwing away the extras, forget peoples orders, etc. Ive never waited less than 10-15 minutes for my order. One time I waited 30 minutes and was late to work. The food and drinks are good. However there is chaos behind the counter and its not the employees fault. Get a better system with organization and fluidity to offer service that creates repeat customers.

AWFUL! whatever you do please do NOT eat here. My wrap had brown lettuce and my smoothie tasted like chalk. I would rather eat dirt and drink cat urine before eating here ever again. Not to be forgotten, the management is TERRIBLE. The small Indian gentleman helping me (whom said he was the owner) was extremely rude to me and my young children. He also refused to provide me with a receipt which was very shady. Needless to say I will never be visiting this location again. I would advise you all to steer clear as well.
