I went for a chill lunch with my other half. The place was small, but they made the space work. It was clean, bathroom was clean, it could use some minor remodeling though. We ordered the garlic bread as an appetizer and it was deeeeeeelish! Crispy crust and soft and chewy in the middle served with this perfectly tasting marinara sauce. I ordered the Italian white pizza and it was cheesy, (which is what I LOVE about pizza), but MAN it was Greasy! Ledos, please tell me that was olive oil or some other kind of good type of fat, because if not you need to serve the pizza with a roll of bounty paper towels. I couldnt stomach to eat another square. The crust was more like dough, I guess it couldnt really.bake and brown due to the amount of oil seeping through from whatever you put on top... Could you make a "lite" version of that pizza it would make me want to reconsider eating there again.

First and last time buying anything from there, called up for a pickup order, left on hold for over 10min. Called back put on hold again! I live 15 min. Away and drove down there (still on hold) and walked in thinking they would be very busy? Only 2 people in there!! She said can I take your order? I said Im still on hold!!! So when I said something wich I did in a very nice manner of course here comes the attitude! Who ever owns this place you really need to do something about customer service! Hiring people with attitude problems doesnt make for a good business, if you like bad customer service and people with attitude problems then this is the place for you!

I called in an order and was told itd be ready in 30 min. I got there in 30 min and was told itd be another 10 min cause it wasnt out if the oven yet. When the pizza came out it wasnt mine ... THEY HAD NEVER PUT MY ORDER IN! There were no apologies or contrition at all by the manager. I was asked if I still wanted the order (another 20 min) but it would not be discounted. I walked out... havent been back since. Also once before this I had ordered regular lasagna and there was so little meat that I gave it to my wife and shes a vegetarian.

The woman at the register was very unpersonable. She did not smile, seemed like she was rolling her eyes while I ordered my food. I sat down, and waited for my food. She called my name, and told me that she didnt ring me up for the chicken that I had ordered on my salad. Then she just stares at me. I thought she was going to correct my order to what I had actually ordered. She did not. I basically got what she wanted me to have instead of what I had ordered.

Absolutely ridiculous. I wait at a table for 10 minutes to be served, no one approaches me. Not for nothing but there was only one other table occupied. Then when I approach the main counter to inquire why Ive been ignored I hear that there are NO WORKERS IN THE KITCHEN. An actual physical fight broke out and they refused to take any more orders or greet any more tables. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered.

I visited during lunch and the server greeted me with snot dripping from her nose, she eventually went to clean her nose and returned soon after by then I was turned completely off. Bc she couldnt have washed her hands. Bc I was waiting for my ride I stayed and ordered a peperoni stomboli, they brought me a salami stromboi with very little mozzarella and a ton of bread. This place is terrible..

So I put two stars because I havent eaten their food. I havent been able to get their food because its impossible to order it. I called twice to place my order but I was hung up on both times. I will never eat here because I will never be able to place an order. I suppose this just adds to their customer service complaints.

Like others said, the service is not as friendly as it should be. It is obvious that the employees do not want to be there. The pizza is not as good as the one in Largo. Not sure why there is such a taste difference. People patronize the place because it is there but that is about it.

Horrible service. 20 mins for our appetizer and it came out 2 minutes before our meals. We were one of 3 tables they had. Pasta was undercooked and the bacon was rock hard. No explanation for the poor service and our waitress ignored us half the time. Will not be back.

Pretty meh. Not horrible, ledos pizza is so good to begin with that not even these clowns can ruin that. The salad wasnt all that fresh, and despite ordering a well done pizza it was cooked to a minimal degree of doneness. Not terrible, just.... meh

This is the worst Ledos of all time. Pizza always under cooked. Orders always wrong and they do not want to fix their mistakes. Management is rude. Its a shame they are a stain on an otherwise awesome company. DO NOT eat there.

Quick review: the pizza is good (and worth the price), the wait times are not so good. Even if you call in and wait the 20 or so mins they say itll take for your order to be ready, its never ready when you get there. 3½ stars

I ask for my pizza to crispy and to rub it through the oven twice. I picked my pizza up and the lady had it in the box and told me that they couldnt run it through twice. This my last time eat at this place

Very happy with my steak and cheese hoagie. The cheese is melty cheese, so watch out if thats not your thing. Also had the chicken, bacon, ranch and it was delicious too. I can easily recommend this place.

This Ledos is alwaus inconsistant with quality. Half the time undercooked. They tell you 30 minutes and it takes 45-50 minutes. Staff is sometimes rude also. Too bad they are only a short drive from home.

This is the best Ledos in the area. I drive from Greenbelt, Md to Upper Marlboro for this Ledos! Great pizza with plenty of cheese and toppings.

The "Steak" is definitely the frozen "steak-ums" type meat and they just pile it on there. Ends up looking like dog food on old lettuce.
