If you dont eat here your not spring a eatery with a heart. I saw them let a homeless man refill his cup and take a respite from the sun with no problems. They even let customers pay for advanced meals for this man. Empathy like that is what makes me a customer for life. I dont know the African Americans name that has worked fries at this location for a long time but he is what makes this location great. Hrs needs recognition and a raise.

This specific 5 guys location has good service but the quality of the burgers are not very consistent. Ive been going here weekly for about 8 months and more than half of the time, the burger patties are burned, sometimes very badly. They often keep the patties on the grill for too long and instead of it just being cooked well done, it is charred. There seems to be a high employee turnover here too.

I have been eating at 5 Guys in Florida for over 5 years and they have always been my "go to" fast food hamburger place. I have been to this 5 Guys in Chesapeake now twice. The burgers are now smaller, French fry portions also seen smaller. The result of inflation! This particular store needs some cleaning too. 5 Guys used to be good value, not any more!

Very expensive for what it really is.... I mean $30 for 2 bacon burgers and fries not even a drink included... its robbery... its not just this five guys its all of them... super expensive and should taste better for the price.... can go to Red robin right in the same shopping center and get a better variety of burgers.... just not as quick!

I accidentally went through a military check point with no military ID because thats where my GPS took me. I wanted some delicious five guys! I guess there must be a location on the base, whatever, the next closest one was this one and it was delicious and loads of delicious Cajun fries. Havent had a bad burger at five guys anywhere. A+++

Honestly, this place is overpriced and overrated. You are over-charged for a greasy burger that doesnt taste all that great, and some generic fries. And that doesnt even include a drink! It will do in a pinch, but only as a last resort. They are better, more affordable places than here.

The best burger Ive ever had! Price, service, awesome burger and best french fries. This place gives you a whole bag of regular or seasoned fries of your choice. Free peanuts while waiting for your burgers and fries along with it :D highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Would give less stars if i could purchased a burger and only ate half so i brought the other half home and kept refrigerated to heat up the next day by the next morning the leftover half of my burger smelled rancid despite being refrigerated in tupperware gross.

Service here can be a tad hit or miss, depending on who is preparing the food on a given day. For the most part though, the staff does a great job in doling out orders and Im in and out within 10 minutes usually.

Tasty burgers and fries and friendly staff but their prices have gotten a bit out of hand. For nearly the same price you can go around the corner to Red Robin and get unlimited fries with your burger.

What business keeps the temperature at 82°F? THIS PLACE! I mean it is only 93°F outside. OSHA recommends temperature control in the range of 68-76° F and humidity control in the range of 20%-60%.
