Horrible service !! Never will come here again ! I was a walk up , I ordered my food and when it came out 15 minutes Later .. All my food was stuffed into one bag , my kids meal (which was not its own bag , it was stuffed into the one bag they gave me ) No toy , and they gave me literally 5 French fries for the kids meal . When I asked if I could get some more fries , I was told thats how they serve them (which is not the case at the sonic in Essex where I live at ) Then I asked for a drink carrier (with 3 drinks and me being a walk up they should have given me one without asking) she forgot it 2 times after having to keep asking . I also asked for chili on my Tator tots , which I had to ask for (thank goodness I looked and checked my bag) And if that wasnt worse Enough my sandwich was thrown together SOGGY ! WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME ! even after asking for the manager , I was waiting for a long period of time, where I just left ! This place needs to be under new management or be shut down !! NEVER AGIAN WILL I GO HERE !!!!!!

Its your average Sonic. Its not amazing, and its not bad. I also went to this particular location one morning, having just gotten back to Baltimore for a double header wedding weekend and it was still pretty early in the morning. I do love the novelty of Sonic food, and wish there were locations closer to/in DC. We pulled into one of the car park areas first to order, but were informed that it was not working or there was no one to bring the food out, and we were asked to pull into the drive-through. Then, the only spots for us to park and eat were either facing the busy street, or staring into the sun. The food, like all Sonic, hit my "I am tired and cranky" spot, though.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Waited 10 minutes to order after pushing the button. Couldnt understand the person on the other end of the speaker and they couldnt hear me! They got our order wrong. Took forever just to order 5 shakes. 30 minutes actually! Got our drinks and was missing one, the employee even dropped the straws in the car and they fell on the floor! A different employee brought out our change and had no idea we were still missing a shake and some straws. My family and I will never be coming back to this sonic, and Im spreading the word to all our friends and family.

I went tonight for the 1/2 price shakes after 8 promo...between the Ghetto kids outside acting like fools, and then when my and my friends orders came out...mine(a creamery DARK CHOCOLATE shake) had to be sent back as it didnt look right. got it on the second round still wasnt looking 100%, took it home finished it and realized that they didnt blend it fully. My friends order(Oreo Cheesecake shake), also went back the first time as it was not made right, and it also was not blended fully.

Sorry to say Ive tried more than once just in case it was an off day but nope. each time food cold to touch foot long cold and had a salty taste soggy bun and jalapeño poppers and tater tots or whatever they call them cold. Could it be just that the night shift just dont care or may not have been trained properly or something. Ill try again later next month to see if they care enough to at least to have the food hot . Oh well I guess well see huh?

No matter what time you come to Sonic the customer service sucks, these girls and guys attitudes are bad they get smart when taking your orders and then they get mad when they get them wrong and complain when you ask for them to fix it. Personally I think they need a class on great customer service or find a job where theyre not dealing directly with the public, ijs. Get it together Sonics.

To start, I love the menu choice and also that you can get breakfast any time but they are slower than McDonalds and are terrible at making a simple milkshake which was oreo cookies and vanilla ice cream.I had gotten their largest and the tiny bit of cookies was at the bottom of the cup that they I guess could not figure out how to work the blender to mix the cookies through.

Worst sonic Id ever been too. Service was bad employees are rude. They didnt get my order right. Credit card machine was malfunctioning so while I was waiting to get my card back my food was getting cold. Just an overall bad place to get food. Oh and burgers were sloppy and soggy brown lettuce and unripe tomatoes.

Waited over half an hour for wrong food. Waited 10 more minutes for a refund. Had someone come out and tell me that people dont get trained they have to figure things out on their own. This isnt the first time ive had messed up food from this sonic. This is not how you run a business.

This location provides fast and friendly service. Everybody that I have met that works here is beyond friendly and willing to help you as much as they possibly can. I recommend stopping by for a cherry limeade as its one of my favorite treats from here.

OK food but count your change. My car hop took my $20.91 for my $3.91 order, and returned with $16.09 change and then wanted to see my receipt, then wanted to see the exact change I gave her. I gave up arguing but next time Ill bring exact change.

Best Chili Cheese dogs with onions Ive had in Baltimore. They take a little longer but I think its because they make the food on the spot, which is fine by me. The staff is always very friendly and seem to be in a great mood.

Probably the worst Sonic in the nation I have ever been to. Still a fan of Sonic, but this location is horrible. Employees with attitudes, terrible quality food, and a stupidly long wait time.

HORRIBLE! I Waited 15 min in drive through for LG sweet tea and a kids meal. Nobody ever apologized for the wait or thanked me. Then they forgot my kids drink. LAST TIME THEY GET MY MONEY.

Slow service late in the evening. Only went to get half priced shakes and they were awesome (not just because they were cheap) and the staff was pretty friendly.
