Possibly the second to worse experience I have ever had in a restaurant. We could tell the waitress was new because the normally delicious hot chocolate was missing the whipped cream. When we mentioned it to the waitress she gave us a funny look and walked away. We thought she was bringing it to the table or new ones. Well, no, she ignored it. Then we noticed that the hot chocolate was really watery. She gave us another weird look and said OK Ill being new ones. Well, 20 minutes later, we had to go to the manager and finally after another 10 minutes they arrived. Sometimes the simplest of things are the most important. We had ordered a couple of food items and they came shortly after the hot chocolate . But all in all, it was too long. Too long because my salad was yet another 15 minutes. The other 2 with food had finished theirs, and there I was trying to eat. My daughter in my 4 year old top the restroom. Upon her return, she told us one of the employees hadnt washed her jambs after coming out of the stall. How disgusting. On the way out, I mentioned all of this very discretely to the manager. He didnt even say he was sorry. He didnt offer to change the bill vice us vouchers or anything. By the way, we had already paid the bill. The saddest thing was he didnt seem apologetic at all. I certainly do not recommend this Bob Evans. Inconsistency and a non apologetic attitude was not acceptable. We will simply go somewhere else.

We ordered candied bacon and got it cold and not even a minute later (already cooked well in advanced) the one in Laural always made them to order nice and hot. I watched for 10 minutes as my burger was in the window while waiting for them to make the rest of my order. Sweet tea is not sweet tea. When we told our waitress her response was "someone else said that earlier and I just decided I wasnt going to argue with you guys. " she did give him a soda instead. The brocolli he got with his flounder was still uncooked. Cold and crunchy. The only things we got that was hot was bread and a plate. As far as midly warm goes that was the Mac and cheese and flounder. The rest, candied bavon, homefries, burger, and broccoli not so much.

I eat breakfast at Bob Evans restaurant or Ihop every weekend. I dont normally photograph my food but when my complaints go unresolved for months I say enough is enough. The food at Bob Evans is usually good but the omelets are too small. These are supposed to be three-egg omelets just like Ihop. But the Bob Evans omelet weighs less than one-half the size of Ihop which I weighed at 15.5 ounces when I got it home. The B.E. omelet is consistently less than 7 ounces and the ingredients for both are the same. How can this be? Ill try to attach a couple snapshots. I asked the B.E. manager if they were using really small eggs. That was not the case – so something else is not right. Could it just be THIS Bob Evans?

We were seated in some forgotten back corner, and that turned out to be the staple of our dining experience. Werent waited on until the manager came over and asked if anyone had seen us yet, however, he didnt have the foresight to get that ball rolling. We got our drinks after 15 minutes, ordered, waited on refills on coffee for 10 minutes after seeing the waitress go by and ignore us 4 or 5 times. The table behind us got so fed up with the lack of service they got up and left, and after being subsequently ignored further we followed suit. Dont waste your time!

If you dont mind waiting 30 minutes to finally have order taken and dont mind waiting 1 hour to get your food. This is the place for you. Slow response from greeter. Sat down after a few minutes of waiting . Manager on duty seemed to be the only one that knows How to do his job. Waitress we got was on drugs. Had to wave her down to ask for a refill. The burger was not bad though. Purchased the bacon cheeseburger. Was great! . if the waitress could work harder I would say it was a solid 3 star . If walking out was possible . I would

Worst Bob Evans Ive ever been to. My husband and I both ordered brioche french toast. A blueberry one and a toffee almond one. Food came and both orders were cold and looked like someone had squeezed each piece of toast into mush then put it on the plate. The cream cheese icing for the blueberry one was frozen and in a cup instead of being drizzled on top. Tasted alright, but looked horrible. 5 minutes from our home, but we wont be returning.

Visited during the typical Sunday brunch rush. Our server Shanell was so wonderful. Even in the middle of the rush she greeted us with a smile and patiently took our order while juggling multiple tasks at once. Watching her and the rest of the staff handle the packed restaurant was pretty impressive. Breakfast never dissapoints but the team made it worth reviewing. Special thanks to Shanell for making our breakfast that much more enjoyable!

Food was good,service very slow,and not busy.this is my 3rd visit to get turkey dinner.2times last year and again this Tuesday,again they ran out of cranberries,really ,what is management doing.your company spent money on advertising ,and they dont have the cranberries!,,there were unhappy customers that actually left.they didnt even offer something else,like maybe applesauce or greenbeens.again just sad as the dinner was good.

This bob evans is the worst one that i have ever been to. Took 45 mins to take our order which i would not have had a issue with if the place was busy but it was basically empty. So when some of our food arrived (we still did not get some of the food we ordered) the bacon was great and the burgers were fine. The service was super slow and then there was my steak... The one that i ordered medium that came burnt

I just have to say that I have just had the best experience ever. Ashley was our waitress and not only was she very polite but she came back to our table multiple times to see how we were doing, our food was served fast and hot plus we always had plenty of drinks. No glass ever went empty. Definitely a positive experience, also the manager came by to check on our table too. Overall great service ♡

I went here at 12:30pm. 12/28 /17 The gen manger took my drink order ..She brought my drinks over. Only to stick her nose in my drinks. To see if the drink was unsweet. Why. The name Bob Evans just screams out :"HEY ! WE KNOW ABOUT BREAKFAST !!!" Well, unfortunately this is not the case. Been there several times in the the last couple of months and must say that I have had A better tasting breakfast under the golden arches. Sorry Mr. Evans but you are starting to slip up. Not the Bob Evans that Im used too. :-(
