I ordered lunch with a few colleagues and had it delivered. Each persons order was received incorrect. Either missing items, or added items that were not asked for. One person in particular paid extra for extra steak and sour cream and did not receive either. On another item they added corn and peppers, despite instructions not to (there is a food allergy). None of the orders came with the guacamole that was listed in the descriptions. I called Poblano Mexican Grill to complain. Initially, one of the workers offered a $5 refund (for the missing steak only), which was never received. I called back and requested to speak with a manager. I was told that there was not a manager there at the time and to call back after 4pm. I then asked for the shift leader, or whoever was in charge at the time. The person on the phone said no one was available and hung up. I called again with the same request. The person on the phone then laughed at me and again said no one was available. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Cest pas la meilleur du monde et cest pas le pire non plus. Jai commandé un Burrito végétarien "mouillé" mais quand je suis arrivé cétait "normal" au contraire de mes attentes. Delicious Food, Perfect Location, Excellent Service Best Place for Family Dine in. Me and my family visited from Indianapolis, IN and after having a long and tired trip we decided to eat something Quick and Fresh. We ordered Nachos, Chicken Quesadilla, Soft Tacos and Tequitos. All food was prepared infront of us. It took no more than 10 min. for them to serve all the food. We were group of 12 people and all enjoyed each and everything . The Owner himself was so nice. He treats his guests like a family member and satisfied us about having HALAL food. Also gave complementry icecreams to all kids. Will go back again for sure.

Great alternative in the neighborhood. The food is very reasonably priced, fresh and flavorful. There is an excellent variety of choices of protein, toppings and condiments. And the red sauce has a true kick. Most importantly the entire place is so clean and the owners and employees are kind and helpful. Service is quick if youre in a hurry and they pack it appropriately for to go. I highly recommend.

This place has become a regular stop for me. The food is great and inexpensive! They have fresh and healthy ingredients. Theyre fast and friendly. Sometimes I stop by there with my son after picking him up from daycare. The last time they gave him some free chips, which he really enjoyed. Its just a nice independent place for good Mexican food, which isnt always easy to find in Baltimore. Give them a try!

Way OVERCHARGED with a 14% tax rate! This is over TWICE the meal tax rate in Baltimore, which is set at 6%. Beware: your receipt does NOT itemize the tax that you will overpay at this establishment. When I complained, the employee told me this was a "special deal" and he should have charged me even more!

As is standard this place is vegetarian friendly but I doubt Ill come back here. The food wasnt flavorful or even very warm when it came out and when I did take out it wasnt properly packed up, which caused a mess. Itll feed you but dont expect to have a noteworthy experience.

I love this place. Found it over a year ago and I come here anytime I want a burrito. The hot sauce is actually hot!!! So hot! I usually get chicken but Ive got the shrimp before and its also very very good, they cook them right in front of you on the grill.

Been there a few times now and it is pretty darn good stuff. Last time though they really spiced up the hot salsa, I like hot food but I only got through 75% of the burrito before I had to give up. Not to be seen as a complaint, it was still good.

Being fair I was looking for mex-food. Had the Poblana torta IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE. should be named: little steak and cheese. Order also a steak fajita it was a veggie fajita close to none steak. Sorry i left very unhappy

Halal Mexican?! Ive never been to such a place before here, and I was definitely missing out. Its great for an inexpensive and delicious meal. The people are friendly too.

Love Poblano. Its a better alternative to Chipotle - slightly cheaper, less crowded. And they have more selections (toppings, etc). The people who work there are friendly.
