I love qudoba and frequent the Columbia location. I stopped in to grab a quick bite before leaving the Annapolis area and was sorely disappointed. The main reason I enjoy qudoba is the meat is far less seasoned than at Chipotle and the guac is always delicious, but at this location neither is true. My guac wasnt guac, it was smashed avocados. I couldnt taste any additional seasoning or lime. The meat was so heavily peppered it rivaled Chipotle. My lips and mouth burned and my eyes watered. Customer service was lackluster. I initiated the conversation to order, everything was bare minimum. I dont think Ill return to this location again, which is a real disappointment.

Usually I would rate as a five star but tonight 5/20/17 I had a horrible experience here with customer service. To begin with no one said hello just what do you want then when the employee (male) was making my bowl he gave me considerably smaller portions then my husband even when i asked for extra and he did not. Then the cashier packed my bowl up with another familys and I called it out saying "hey where is my bowl did you accidently pack it with someone else" and all he did was go through their bags without an apology to me. It wasnt busy at all. Next time i come back I hope for better customer service

Walked in and no one was up front to take our order. Waited for 5 minutes and no one came to help us. There was essentially no meat left and no one was cooking fresh food. What was left was crusty, hard and didnt resemble anything edible. Avoid!

Restaurant have a new look and friendly staff. We had two employees that understood the new menu well. Both were quite welcoming. Place was clean and organized.
