I cant attest to ordering via phone or in person, but ordering online Ive never had a problem. I generally only order at work in the early afternoons (about 5 mins up the road from this location) and it always arrives within 30 minutes . Wasnt a fan of the boneless wings I got, but orders are always correct, and delivery person was friendly and professional. As an FYI, in regards to bad reviews about spinach being thrown on at the end, I heard from a co worker that is how it is done for cooking reasons. Would recommend during the afternoon, and if ordering online.

The customer service at this location is unsatisfactory. I ordered my pizza thru the Pizza hut website, when I arrived 30 minutes later it still wasnt done. When I arrived I wasnt greated or shown any kind of respect for being a paying customer. They simply asked for my name and told me it was going to be 10 more minutes. The lobby was full of angry customers waiting on their orders. They simply shook their head at customers asking for their food, or ignored them when they asked about their orders. I will not be going back to this location again.

Always horrible , Ive never had a good experience at this location! Staff and management are rude, unprofessional and pretty much worthless! But, my 4 year old daughter did learn some new curse words while waiting to pick up food! Never ordering from here again, Ive lived in the are for about a year , its close so every time hey srcrew up , I let it go, seriously have never received an order that was right!!!! Dont know how they are still in business

I only live 1 mile away and stopped buying from here and started going to the Pizza Hut in Perry Hall which is much better. The food here is always under cooked and taste terrible. I called to ask for them to cook it extra crispy and the person who answered said they cant do that because its already in the oven? My last straw was when I called on a Tues for delivery and 1hr 45 min later waiting I called to cancel.

Bad service order online it stated on their website once my order was complete that it would take about 25 min arrive at location exactly 25 min and had to wait an additional 48 minutes for the pizza poor management never again Dominos Pizza and Papa Johns will have my business from now on

If i can give them a 0 I would...i cannot stress how bad this pizza hut is. Never order at night you will never get your food, call all you want if their about to close they will not care and when they do come this is not the pizza you know and love. Do not order from them Im telling you.

For Two personal pan pizzas I waited over 20 mins with no other customers in the store no phone calls and 4+ people on staff! Papa Johns had me in and out 10 minutes with a large with 2 toppings and their pizza is so much better. I was only there b/c my nephew had a free coupon. Grrrrrrr!

This pizza hut has a bunch of teens working there. As I waited for my order with my children I had to listen to the employees using profanity like they were home on the phone. Their customer service is horrible and to top it all off there was HAIR in the pizza!

Not one of the best franchises around. Pizza was dry and all slid to one side of the box. The boneless wings were also dry but had good flavor. The pizza was delivered on time. I wouldnt order from here again, if I am here again, I will buy from another place.

My food has always been good. Never an issue with this. However, they are always saying the delivery is 45 minutes or even 85 minutes for a delivery eta. Come on.... I will shop here again but the delivery team and customer service could be better...

Delivery driver arrived and contacted his store manager because the card we wanted to use did not have imprinted numbers on it. They refused to accept this as payment and would not give us our order. Wont be ordering again.

I called my food in for pick up. I waited for my food for an hour an 20 minutes. the guy next to me had received 3 different pizzas and had to come back everytime... the best thing was I got my food and soda for free....

I would waste my time to tell you my experience, but I wont. Locked door way before closing (probably get rob a lot), no greeting, food past off to sweaty guy with cigs in his pocket, and one dipping sauce for 16 wings.

The pizza was dry and the cheese was burnt. Ordered a spinach pizza and they just sprinkled the spinach on top of the pizza after it was cooked. Service was rude as well. My first and last time going there.

The service sucks, the employees SUCK. Ordered a pizza, drink and bread sticks and its half and hour past the estimated delivery. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, you will regret it.

The pizza arrived in less than 15 minutes and was not cooked. The driver must have taken it out of the oven early because we were convenient to deliver to next.
