Im not in Waterville often, just to visit friends every now and then. Ive been here few times for dinner with friends and it was great before. I called ahead on my way to town, ordered take out, was bummed that after I ordered i was told it would be an hour for my one entree and side of rice but whatever, it was Saturday at 6, figured theyd be busy, I had a craving, went 55 minutes later to pick it up, it was ready, sitting out on the counter. The cashier/hostess was having a bit of a melt down, was cursing at her coworker that it was too busy, she couldnt get things done. There was a party of about 15 or so standing there waiting for their table and the lobby was very crowded, she was a little unprofessional, but again, whatever, Im just starving at this point. Picked it up, paid, got to my friends house about a mile and 1/2 away, the food was ice cold and my order was wrong. I ordered a steak and chicken combo, it only had four pieces of steak in it, no chicken. Only a few chunks of veggies. I ordered a side of fried rice, the rice was plain. Spent $26 on very cold, and incorrect food. When I ate there in the past it was delicious and huge portions of veggies in with the meat, mine has one little broccoli floret and a slice of zucchini (and no chicken at all and not even much steak to make up for the lack of chicken) This was very disappointing. I will not be back. This was such a huge waste of money to me.

Weve always enjoyed coming here when we want to treat ourselves. The service is usually good and the food is usually great. Today we decided to order our food to go because of weather, thinking it would be faster. We were told our order would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes after we placed the order and the hostess was rude, and seemed annoyed that I was there. After waiting another 10 minutes she came over and rambled something about our rice not being ready then hurried off. After almost an hour of waiting, we finally got our food. Unfortunately, they didnt even get our order right. We got two orders of hibachi fried rice and they didnt include any of the veggies or egg that usually comes in it. On top of that all of our sushi was falling apart and we could barely pick it up to eat. Weve always looked forward to coming here but the service today was awful. We have no intentions of coming back.

Absolutely awful service. Will never go back, drive a little bit further and go to Kobes in Bangor. Our waitress is who I assumed to be the manager, she didnt bring my drink and I asked multiple times. Finally after I had gotten my check I made my point to get a water and she practically threw it down on the table and never said sorry for the TERRIBLE service. Clearly understaffed and unsanitary as I watched another waitress wearing leggings covered in hair wipe her nose all over her hands prior to walking to another table. The chairs are all torn, it is freezing, and run down. They were running around, not walking but running and looked unbelievably unprofessional and can not handle having more than a few tables at once. Again, drive a little further to Kobes in Bangor, for the same amount of money your food and service will be SO much better.

Came here for something different then our usual which is Kobe in bangor. Waited to be seated for quite some time with the hostess with an attitude running around. Ordered, the waitress took our order wrong, got food it was ice cold on my plate and Luke warm on my boyfriends. Lobster tails were bite sized pieces of lobster about 6 or so small bites with skin and shell and veins still on them, way over salted. Waitress took our order and never saw her again. Waited 20 mins for someone else to give us our check after we were done eating. I would not recommend this place ever!! Oh and over charged us by adding an item to our order we didnt order. When asked to rectify the situation the best they could do was a 20% discount. Worst place ever!

Hello! Let me first tell you how much I love sushi. Its my favorite!! Ive eaten in many states. But above all is Mirakuya. They have an awesome selection and prepare the best sushi Ive ever had! Everytime I visit Maine I have to stop by here. Another reason why I love them is their half price lunch special. I usually order their special rolls with are normally $14 and instead ate $7! Its wonderful. I majorly recommend! My favorites are the Mermaid Roll, the Hot Lover Roll, and the Bagel Roll!

Really like there food, seems good quality, and almost always the same taste. However, they offer delivery, but yet can never deliver our orders. Working people like myself, rely on a business to follow through with what they offer. Just a heads up dont count on anything from them. This keeps getting worse. I spend 80-100$ here every week for lunch for my coworker and I. What kind of business offers services, and then never follows through.

Had reservations for 630. Didnt get seated till after 730. The chef was very perverted around young children. The waiter messed up the order and tried charging the mistake order to my friend. Mentioned this to the owner and she didnt really have any remorse. Im never going back, I will give the business to someone more deserving.

Freshest seafood for a restaurant of this type in the area. I never get any sushi that tastes fishy here. Hibachi is so much fun. Coming here is an experience. There is nothing like it in Waterville. My only problem is that, depending on the server, service can be not the greatest. Otherwise, I think this place is great.

Made a reservation for 15, was 30 min late on being seated. Did have a very good time though and the food was awesome. Staff was hard to understand and if you do not think one drink will get you through your meal order 2 because those were slow to come. Other than lessons learned for our next trip it was fun!

Enjoyed hibachi here last night with my son and friends, with a total of 10 in the party, half of us visiting from away, half of us summer regulars here. The food was delicious, fresh, and served up with entertainment on the side. Excellent experience. Will definitely visit again when in the area!

The food was very good. The service was non-existant. Busboy had to refill our drinks, waitress disappeared until check time. We were never asked about the quality of the food, nor were we offered any thing at all from our waitress. We tipped the Busboy $10 and left the waitress $0

The food tasted delicious, however we made reservations for 7, didnt get seated til 8 pm didnt get drinks until 830. Order taked at 9pm and didnt come over to cook it until 20 past so we had 20 minutes to eat. No refills for drinks at all. The seater(guy) was very very rude

Excellent service - seated promptly. Chef had fun with all people - typical jokes (spinning the egg on the hibachi, "egg roll"), spraying sake into guests mouths, kids got it from a baby bottle (sprite, not sake). Cooked to specifications. Cheap for what is served.
