Waited a long time to get our meal, seats, drink, everything. Our seats were switched around for a couple in the building and we werent actually seated for about 5-6 minutes because the couple wanted privacy I guess so our seating area was given to them with no explanation provided to us. The waitress clearly did not want to be there. Didnt give us enough menus for 5 people (we only had 2)... then comes back about a few minutes clearly in the worse attitude and ask us if we wanted to order. Need I mind you we didnt get enough menus in the first place. This was an ongoing theme throughout the entire time. The food itself was decent but over priced and nothing to ride home about. I ordered the "pokeball" dish and yea... very stingy on the toppings especially for $18. There obviously isnt too many sushi restaurants in the area so they can get away with sub par service and higher priced meals. I would not recommend and will not be going again when we go back to the area.

Always delicious! My favorites include the SB roll (not on the menu anymore but ask about it!) And the crazy tuna. The hibachi chicken dinner is one of our favorites too. The rice that comes with it is delicious. They serve beer and wine now too! Great sushi in the twin City area.

We had the Volcano roll, dragon roll, sweet potato, seaweed salad and California roll. All amazing. They were all so fresh and delicious. With so many choices I am looking to driving back to Leominster from Lexington. We did not feel rushed and our server was so helpful.

This restaurant is NOT Japanese restaurant and service is horrible and food as well. It took one hour for simple bento dinner and the food in bento wasnt Japanese at all. It was Chinese food. Im not sure how they got such good rate in Google. Completely misleading.

Hands down, the best quality Japanese food in the general area. Prices are average to low averages, but the decor and service is complemented. Portion sizes are normal, but choices are simplified to avoid indecisive customers. Let the other reviews be your judge!

Ive always been hesitant to try sushi, but the Spicy crab roll is seriously one of the best things Ive ever eaten. Yamato Japan has completely opened my eyes to sushi. Granted, everyones taste is different, but in my personal opinion, Yamato is incredible.
