I used to love 7 Nana, but theyve really screwed up. Both my friend and I have gotten horrible food poisoning from here. I literally almost vomited in the restaurant right after eating. If you dont have fresh fish, just say you ran out of it!!! Why would you risk a customers health all for a $5 sushi roll?! The worst part is that my friend and I got sick on separate occasions, which means theyve served us rotten fish more than once. I got a spicy crab tempura roll yesterday and Im still dry heaving and cant eat normal food. Im honestly traumatized. I wont be eating spicy crab tempura or going to 7 Nana EVER AGAIN!!! I also got the peanut avocado roll, and they put peanut butter in it, which they never used to do. It tasted so weird, and the texture was gross. All in all, this was a really disgusting experience and I hope I never have to go through something like this again.

Food was delicious- Ill give them that! Service was HORRENDOUS. we wanted to sit down at a table and because of some party happening in the hibachi area we were literally completely ignored. I went to the desk several times and said excise me to the girl who was on her phone texting to be completely ignored. Took 30 minutes to be offered a seat in the empty restaurant area, another 30 to be offered drinks, and then took our order, we ate, and waited for over an hour to be brought our check. No one asked how the food was or if we needed more water or more drinks. And every time we went up to ask someone to help we were told "just a minute". We almost left without paying it was literally that awful! Ill continue my service at Osaka where youre at least treated like a human

atmosphere and decorations were nice, service was poorly organized and sluggish even when not terribly busy. none of the food was bad, but if you want sushi, theres a lot of better competition within 5 miles which ive returned to several times that i will continue picking over this restaurant. i wouldnt rate it as less than 3 stars but for the price you pay i was very unimpressed. Edit: i was being nice in my review, as its the only one here. check yelp for many more reviews. i doubt this place will be still open in a year

BETTER THAN BABA!!! The sushi here is by far the best in and around Worcester and this is the reason that even though the service most of the time is pretty crappy I still come back when I am craving my sushi (which is usually atleast once a month). They also have the best house salad sauce and you can buy the sauce to bring home if you want (yes its that good)!!!

Great food!!! My daughter and her friends go there whenever they want to eat something good outside of school food. I was really happy that they were able to take a togo order over the phone and I could just swing by and pick it up. Theyve done some modernization to the inside and the bar is great too.

This is one of my boyfriend and Is favorite places to go for dinner. Weve tried all kinds of places all over the city, but always come back here. This place is consistently clean with a great atmosphere, and the service is always great and the food never disappoints. Would definitely recommend it.

Worse services ever. I was invited to dinner and share with the family on new year eve, we wait like one hour to be seated and another one hour and half after weve decided that is enough to be waiting. My worst experience in a restaurant. Wont recommend to anyone.

Ive been here more than once. Ive loved both hibachi and table dining! The food is both beautifully presented and delicious. Staff are very kind and accommodating. My co-workers love to hang out here and my friends like it for a ladies night out!

I go in there for lunch, the staff is really attentive and friendly. They have a lunch special miso soup, salad with ginger, and either two rolls for $8 or 3 for $11. I dont think that you can find a better lunch in Worcester for $11

This is the 4th lunchtime order that 7 Nana has screwed up. Not a single one has been ready at the time promised. Each time we have to wait an additional 15 to 30 minutes because the order was not prepared. No more 7 Nana!!!

I had to stay in Worcester for a night and stumbled upon this place. The service was quick and very friendly. The setup is cozy. Price is very fair. The food & drinks were delicious. It is by far the best Hibachi Ive had.
